But it is a two-pronged whammy.<BR/><BR/>There is a tendency to snack but that is only part of the problem. The other part in that your body is not active. Time spent with TV and blogging is subtracted from the time that you are active around the house (or whatever).<BR/><BR/>Alas, I am a personal testament to the sad truth of all this. Most bloggers are beginning to report weight gain, but it is a fairly new phenomenon and the medical journals have not caught on yet.<BR/><BR/>My blogging colleage V-Doc has threatened to get me an exercise bike with a laptop attached to the handlebars, powered only by leg action.<BR/><BR/>I said, "I already have an exercise machine."
