After a warm winter, we're getting a warm spring. I'm getting over a cold, probably am not dangerous anymore, but I'll try to get out and enjoy the warm weather and do some walking, which is the all-round best exercise there is for older people--it helps the brains, bones and balance.
And it all starts with one step and good shoes.
Woo-hoo...it's getting pretty nice there! We're heading back to the cold soon from Arizona to Washington State!
