What happened to Title IX?

I asked Google(?) who changed the original meaning of Title IX.

 
Sen. Birch Bayh wrote the original 37 words to insert in an education bill in 1972. It was signed by President Nixon. That still doesn't explain to me how President Biden was allowed to change the law in 2022 to add "Including Sexual Orientation or Gender Identity," in an Executive Order, creating chaos for females in all areas of education. That alone should have been reason enough for all women not to vote for him (or his stand-in, Harris). Let's see if this new case gives women justice. Eventually, women will win in the Supreme Court. There are now biological men competing in women's sports (and other endeavors) who are "women" on their word and nothing else--not drugs, not surgery, long past puberty, just a pure violation of Title IX and with the media as the handmaiden of the violence.

Christians who voted for Biden

 If you are a Christian who voted for Biden, remember he doesn't use the words safeguard, protect, promote or support when it comes to children in the womb. He doesn't now and never has asked for swift and coordinated action at the border to keep drugs away from your children. When has he ever established an "interagency" gender policy to protect children from the misinformation and lies about their sexuality? Where is the EO for protection of crisis pregnancy centers now under attack by abortion terrorists?

Can you be specific?

He doesn’t even have control of the Executive Branch, over which he’s supposed to reign!

• Supreme Court appointees who will follow the constitution and not their feelings about social justice? 
• Cutting the red tape of long standing regulations that frees companies from the oversight and boot of Big Gov?
• Attempting to undo Obama’s Executive Orders, which is his legal right, and to have a low court stop him?
• Commending the ICE employees, and all law enforcement?
• Attempts to stop voter fraud (again, he’s been stopped by the courts)? 
• Proposing defunding sanctuary cities who won’t follow federal law?
• Taking away security clearances of employees who’ve gone to work for the media?
• Urging the building the wall that was voted on a decade before he became president? 
• Pulling out of a climate change agreement that was never a treaty and never approved by Congress? 
• Calling out the negative stories about him that appear daily/hourly at WaPo, NYT, LAT, VOX, HuffPo, Politico, Daily Beast, etc.?
• Eliminating the mandate to purchase an insurance product that destroyed the coverage for millions and lined the pockets of insurance companies? 
• Criticizing the millionaire NFL players for their phony protest against the police after sore loser Kaeppernick was radicalized by his girlfriend? 
• Being unfaithful to 3 wives? (which would point to many presidents, CEOs, faculty and administrators of universities, muffler repairmen and mountain climbers).
• Saying mean, uncouth things about McCain, Megan Kelly and Rosy O’Donnell?
• Resetting the clock for NAFTA, treaties or tariffs?
• Expecting loyalty from his friends and people who worked for him? 
• Bringing North and South Korea together for the first time since the end of hostilities in the 50s?
• Bringing home misbehaving basketball players, jailed pastors, and Korean American tourists? 
• For criticizing DACA, an illegal executive order by Obama after he assured the nation immigration was the responsibility of Congress?
• For complaining on Twitter that Obama had spied on him, and being right, and Clintons’ lawyer and Weinstein’s lawyer (now Cohen’s lawyer) Lanny Davis was the source of the leaks to CNN which Davis now had to walk back as inaccurate, aka lies?
• For supporting the military?
• For suggesting a space branch?
• For becoming excited about a military parade?
• For the GDP increase to 4.1% second quarter of 2018?
• Working to bring companies back to the USA after the last president assured us those days were gone?
• Criticizing chain migration?
• Moving the embassy in Israel as all other presidents promised but didn’t do?
• Getting a black woman pardoned from an unfair sentence?
• Medical choices for veterans?

This is just off the top of my head, but nothing sounds like a dictator (Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Pol Pot, Chavez, Castro, Maduro, or even powerful crony capitalists like Zuckerberg and Bezos who control their people with threats of firing if they aren’t politically correct). If anything, the media, the courts, the entertainment industry, academe, lifetime employees of the federal government, departments within the Executive branch like CIA, FBI, DoJ, and the Trump haters in both parties have worked overtime to undo the election of 2016.

On the other hand, I’ve seen a published book listing his faults day by day as reported in the media every day since he took office.  I don’t know how many copies have been sold, but I saw it in a book store that did not have a single pro-Trump, pro-conservative, or even middle of the road title on the shelves.

Guns purchased by Social Security recipients?

There is no national data base of the mentally ill that I'm aware of. Yet I know people concerned that the latest restriction on the 2nd amendment defeated on Wednesday was to protect us from them. Obama wanted to identify people based on their Social Security status as needing 3rd party assistance to receive benefits so they would be flagged in the National Instant Criminal Background Check System. Is that legal for denying other rights, like speech or religion or assembly? I can't imagine that advocacy groups for the disabled didn't take this on as a very slippery slope. 

The man who robbed, raped and murdered a 21 year old OSU student last week as she left work probably wouldn't have been on that sweep of people who receive benefits, but he had recently been released from prison with a rap sheet, including sexual assault, going back to his pre-teen years. Is that a mental illness or just a very sloppy judicial system?

Obama's Executive Order squeaked through in late December probably just to irritate the gun lobby, but was first proposed in 2012 after the Sandy Hook killer was determined to be mentally ill. The problem is this rule wouldn't have caught him. He stole his mother's guns and first killed her before going to the school.

Not all Executive Orders are bad or life changing. The numbers of them mean little.  FDR is the all time winner, and Bill Clinton issued more than either Bush or Obama.  It will take some research to find out if all the committees and boards on the antibiotics week (Executive Order 12353 of March 23, 1982 revised) have reported to the President.  I read through the change order for revising the wording of collecting funds and volunteer time from federal employees for distribution to voluntary organizations, and not sure I could understand the legalize. In central Ohio we get "Bucks for Charity" which is October 3-November 30 (I just received mine yesterday) listing 300 local charitable organizations to support.  I always read this carefully--many are organizations that I would never donate to. I think it's better to know the organizations personally and donate with discrimination.

I wrote about this in 2006 and found an acronym COSMO, Community Share of Mid Ohio, which appeared to get 10% of the total, and then it's organizations received percentages of that.  Here were some groups I would never donate to individually.

•  ACLU mid-Ohio chapter, 18.8%;
  
  BRAVO, which works to eliminate violence perpetrated on the basis of sexual orientation and gender, 31%;
  
  Kaleidoscope for gay, lesbian, bixexual, transgendered and questioning youth, 14.8%;
  
  NARAL Pro-Choice (formerly known as National Abortion Rights Action League, then the National Abortion & Reproductive Rights Action League, but it still kills babies);
  
  Coalition on sexual assault;
  
  domestic violence network, 5.7%;
  
  NOW education and Legal Fund, 12% (recently changed its name to Legal Momentum apparently to hide its connection to NOW);
  
  Open Hand for AIDS, 15%;
  
  Stonewall (gay rights), 19.1%;
  
  a variety of environmental, disability, animal rights, and arts groups;
  
  Camp Fire, 28%; Cat Welfare 1%; and Habitat for Humanity, 4.9%. 

Cat Welfare is still on the list, which I think is not right (even though our sweet kitty lived there in her youth) as is NARAL.  What is Stonewall using its money for now?  Hormones for sexually confused children?
