Sen. Birch Bayh wrote the original 37 words to insert in an education bill in 1972. It was signed by President Nixon. That still doesn't explain to me how President Biden was allowed to change the law in 2022 to add "Including Sexual Orientation or Gender Identity," in an Executive Order, creating chaos for females in all areas of education. That alone should have been reason enough for all women not to vote for him (or his stand-in, Harris). Let's see if this new case gives women justice. Eventually, women will win in the Supreme Court. There are now biological men competing in women's sports (and other endeavors) who are "women" on their word and nothing else--not drugs, not surgery, long past puberty, just a pure violation of Title IX and with the media as the handmaiden of the violence.

Where are the Walk-aways?
Often the reason was that their own "community" to say nothing of lover or family, had deserted them when they began to question the obvious -- Marxism, lying candidates, lies about Trump, the swamp creatures, etc. If you're already in a group that has been tested and tried for being different, it's a huge blow to have them turn on you because you THINK FOR YOURSELF! Also, many got to that point by doing their own research when they notice obvious failings in their Democrat party.
I didn't read every post, but they were usually sincere and autobiographical on why they walked away after voting years for Clinton or Obama, or Bernie. The non-citizen posts from other countries were particularly poignant and encouraging as they had their own battles with political correctness.
But the Left, those guys who like to talk about "my truth," couldn't take it. Brandon, a former gay hairdresser with a knack for offering hope, and his 500,000 followers (plus probably that many who just read their stories about walking away from the Democrats) have been de-platformed, jailed, silenced or whatever you want to call it.
Brandon was a huge Trump supporter. Not all his walk away members were and they didn't claim to be Republicans. They all had in common that Democrats had lied to them year after year and nothing ever changed. For whatever reason, Trump brought them changes in jobs, attitude and hope.

Who are the Proud Boys and why did Chris Wallace denounce them?
I'd never heard of Proud Boys until this week when Chris Wallace made himself 3rd person in the debate and demanded Trump denounce them. I'm not sure what they stand for on the fringes, but the Core seems pretty solid if this poster is accurate (I haven't researched it since Google controls all that).
Minimal government? Secure borders? Anti-racism? 2nd amendment? 1st amendment? Less identity politics? Not sure what venerating housewives means (sounds a bit tongue in cheek), but I suppose it means not tearing down the nuclear family as BLM does in its core value statement at its website. Western Chauvinism is an unfortunate turn of phrase, but because Western Civilization has been turned into a dog whistle by the left to mean slavery and colonialism, I suppose it's game on. 99.9% of American businesses are technically "small" and entrepreneurial, so that's now "white supremacist" to own a small business and work hard? I know BLM is against personal property (unless you donate it), so I suppose this is an answer to that. Have they asked for a visit with Pope Francis?
How many millions of dollars has Proud Boys raised since May 30? How many schools k-12 are putting Proud Boys in charge of their curricula? Are 95% of university professors followers? How many churches are praying for them and singing kumbaya for reconciliation? How many businesses have Proud Boys destroyed? Do they carry banners, flags and posters to litter the streets and the internet? Do they march through cities demanding a share in the government while destroying police protection?
My, my, what we (or Wallace) are calling White Supremacists these days!! Democrats have moved from calling Trump supporters "deplorables" to "white supremacists." They figure we won't put that on a t-shirt. And like the word racist, if you disagree you are one. Chris Wallace, Joe Biden and the leftists in social media owe us an explanation.

Cheat sheet on Marxists among us
Marxists came up with critical race theory because there weren't enough poor people in the working class to overthrow the government. Too much opportunity.
Let's put it on an index card.
- Victimhood.
- Identity politics--race, sex, ethnicity.
- Indoctrination campaigns.
- Attacks on Western civilization.
- Rejection of truth and morality.
- Communal property.
- Intersectionality.
- Culture change.
- Community organizers.
- Grievance groups.
- Consciousness raising.
- Pathologize tradition and religion.
- Replace our history with the counternarrative of Marxism.
- Contempt for the middle class, common folk and flyover country.
- Anti-Semitism--especially anti-Israel.
- Capitalism is bad because it's so good, it interferes with change.
- Quash aspiration, individuality and ambition.
- Swell immigration to enlarge the victim groups.
- Loosen sexual mores to destroy the nuclear family.
- Suppress speech.
- Stifle criticism.
- Undermine authority of church and family.
- No assimilation of minorities.
- Take over the institutions--academe, corporations, churches.
- Control the language and the giving of names.
- Reject the Enlightenment--the source of today's racism.

The Census and critical race theory
Why did the Left oppose a citizenship question on the 2020 census? Why wouldn't the government want to know during enumeration how many are citizens? For over 40 years various interest groups have been artificially dividing us into racial and ethnic groups--they've created victim groups based on the Civil Rights movement and Act of 1964. There's a lot of money involved just for the pickin', and ready made jealousy and finger pointing that can be used for agitation and demanding more.
By emphasizing citizenship (but not ethnic ties), the government tells all people, but especially immigrants and their children, that it is concerned with their relationship not with the land of their ancestors but with the land to which they now belong. But how can you build grievances with such an outlandish idea.
https://www.heritage.org/government-regulation/report/eliminating-identity-politics-the-us-census?
The Census Bureau’s National Advisory Committee on Racial, Ethnic and Other Populations (NAC) was created by Barack Obama in 2012. But not out of whole cloth, it was birthed in the "1960s and 70s, when the census office first began to create National Advisory Committees on race and ethnicity. It was in those heady days of postmodernism’s birth—when Marxism in its academic form was embarking on “the long march through the institutions”. The definitions of ethnic groups were etched into law. Each of the pan-ethnic groups that racial activists and government functionaries were adding to the census and other government surveys at the time (“Hispanics,” “Asians,” “Pacific Islanders,” etc.) were the subjects of a special census committee, starting in 1974. Four decades later, the Obama administration pulled all the difference committees into one giant NAC." We almost got (or maybe it's still in the works) MENA, Middle East and North Africa so yet another group could get a piece of the budget pie and a slice of power.
I suppose you could call it part of Obama's legacy. Suspicion, jealously, bean counting, inventing new words for differences, redistributing wealth based on grievances through special grants and poking "whites" (anything from Swede to Welsh to Spanish to Serbian) in the eye. When you understand how critical race theory academics have helped create identity groupings, you'll be better prepared to understand the distrust and unrest among artificially created groups are being churned today.

Building a movement on victimhood
"They had the law on their side: a federal district court ruled in In Re Ricardo RodrÃguez (1896) that Mexican Americans were to be considered white for the purposes of citizenship concerns. And so as late as 1947, the judge in another federal case (Mendez v. Westminster) ruled that segregating Mexican-American students in remedial schools in Orange County was unconstitutional because it represented social disadvantage, not racial discrimination. At that time Mexican Americans were as white before the law as they were in their own estimation."

Why Kamala Harris?
The wealthiest ethnic groups of Americans are Asian, specifically, Indian Americans (household income $123,453). After that it's Taiwanese Americans (household income $102,328). Just for comparison, English and German American household income (my ethnicity who were here before the Revolution) is under $50,000. Even the Chickasaw and Choctaw tribal nation members have a household income higher than English and German Americans. But most whites (as Europeans are called) are not even close to Indian or Taiwanese. Indian Americans used to be grouped with "white" in these divisions until the government needed to slice and dice our ethnicities for political purposes. Whites took a "cut in pay" so to speak when the Indians were lumped with Asians.
So in a party obsessed with identity politics, why isn't Kamala Harris called an Indian American? Tamils, or Indians, the people of her mother, have a population of around 76 million and with a documented history stretching back over 2,000 years. They are one of the largest and oldest extant ethnolinguistic groups in the modern world according to Wikipedia (it's not always the best source, but it's the fastest).
Joe Biden has flip flopped on every race and sex issue in the last 40 years. He didn't need to choose Kamala Harris to satisfy Blacks--he's already announced that he owns them. He needed a "black" female to satisfy his white base, particularly women and the younger demographic. And it looks like a wealthy, privileged Indian American would have filled the bill, even if not very accurate for identity politicking. Democrats will just ignore that they have 2 of the most notorious law and order candidates (in their former lives) in recent history.

Why are Democrats so inconsistent—power. Michael Smith, guest blogger
How can one justify a city-wide ban on E-cigarettes and fund "safe injection sites" for drugs?
How is it even remotely logical to ban cigarettes and promote legalization of marijuana?
What sense does it make to ban private assistance to feed the homeless and then complain that there isn't enough funding for food programs for them?
How can you argue for free healthcare for illegal non-citizens when American veterans can't get help?
How can you argue that it is discriminatory to refuse to bake a cake for a same sex wedding but forcing a baker to do so against their will is not?
How can you cry about the sanctity of elections and then refuse to put measures in place to validate the eligibility of the voters?
How can you argue that a particular redistricting is unconstitutional and then promote open borders?
How can you argue argue for background checks and restrictions to own a gun and ammunition because "if it can save one child, it is worth it" and then say that abortions should be free without restriction?
How can you argue that school shootings are aberrations when more children are aborted each day in abortion clinics than are killed in all school shootings?
This is your modern Democrat party.
They no longer are required to make sense.
This is all about power and pandering to anyone who will vote to give it to them.

Jeanellen grieves the loss of a friend
This happens far more often than it should—bigotry and intolerance in politics. She writes:
“Feeling a heavy heart tonight as I may have lost a friend due to politics. Had dinner with a few friends that came into town who I haven’t seen in years. They all are very liberal, but one in particular looked at me & said, “Please tell me you would not vote for Trump again”. I was trying to keep it light but it just degenerated with her bringing up the abortion debate and acting like I was utterly ridiculous for believing that life begins at conception.
This is a person I like and respected who always agreed to disagree with me. Even though I was calm & respectful during the discussion she was barely speaking to me at the end.
This is not the first time this has happened and I really avoid bringing up politics but the media has poisoned the waters and makes people in the left feel like they have the right to take the stance of righteousness and unfettered disgust towards those who don’t agree.
How did we get here?”

Guilty of being white with no license to exist
How crazy is academe (choose that college carefully)? Dorothy Kim, an assistant professor of English at Vassar, demanded that all faculty who specialize in Middle Ages use their classrooms to address white supremacy and assure their students "you are not a white supremacist." Diversity! Inclusion! Intersectionality! Of course, this is impossible. Being an English speaking person of European heritage will always brand one--usually as a toxic male, but women get smeared, too. Kim demanded her colleagues in the rather esoteric specialty take a side because not taking a side is choosing a side. Crazy totalitarian battleground classrooms. Faculty drunk with power over their students. People of fair and light skin are being marginalized and bullied--for existing. So is it the behavior and the hate, or the ethnicity that makes bullying and prejudice wrong?
This is a link to a very biased article, written by someone named Xu for the Vassar paper.

Joe Biden announces—his hate, but no program
"I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy," Biden said. "I mean, that's a storybook, man." That was 2007 Biden praising Barack Obama for being bright and clean, apparently something he'd never seen before in a black man.
And now he's running for president and in his 2019 announcement he tells another lie about another politician, our President. ""He said there were quote some very fine people on both sides," Biden said. "With those words, the President of the United States assigned a moral equivalence between those spreading hate and those with the courage to stand against it. And in that moment, I knew the threat to this nation was unlike any I had ever seen in my lifetime."
Anyone with half a brain who heard Trump speak about the crowds gathered in a park to either defend or destroy statues, knows what he said--and the bad people were the white supremacists and the leftists who'd shown up without a permit to rattle a few cages and the good people were about the statues. Anyone not a Trump hater knows the president said there were good people on both sides of the statue issue. He condemned the skin heads and the Black Lives Matter groups. Town groups on both sides of preserving the statue condemned both the right and left groups.
So once again Biden traffics in the ignorance and gullibility of the American people, saying Charlottesville was a bigger threat to America than 9/11, hundreds of caravans storming our southern border, the government over reach in the implosion of the housing market, the Viet Nam War, climate change, the opioid crisis, the college cost bubble, and our below replacement birth rate.
