Our taxes pay to glorify a cult--21 federal agencies

This is disgusting. I want my money back.
  • Are there no homeless on the streets?
  • Are there no 18 year olds aging out of foster care?
  • Are there no rivers to clean up?
  • Does Flint have clean water yet?
  • Are there no forests that need a controlled burn?
  • Are there no parks that need lights replaced?
  • Are there no potholes in DC that could be repaired?
  • Are there no pre-schools that need appropriate children's books?
  • Are there no babies to save from the abortionist cabal?
Surely our taxes can do better than paying to advertise a religious cult. Talk to any gay man or lesbian and you'll find out this is not about them, it's about transagenda.

Examples: Taxpayer Dollars Fund Federal Pride Month Celebrations (dailysignal.com)

"Department of Education: Rather than focus on increasing the overall math, science, or literary scores of American children, the Department of Education decided it was more important to create this pride post on Twitter: “Our message to LGBTQI+ students, teachers, and staff as we begin #PrideMonth: ED has got your back.”" ED also means erectile disfunction, something the children they are maiming will have as adults.

"The Smithsonian Museums: The taxpayer-funded museums offer a lineup of LGBTQ events for the month of June, including sexuality talks and “drag story hours” featuring “drag queens” reading books to children." Although called a "non-profit" (over 1.5 Billion income) this clump of many museums gets over half its funding from the government and enjoys all the special perks of government agencies, including obscene salaries for its executives.

"Veterans Affairs: Under the theme “We All Have a Seat at the Table,” the United States Department of Veterans Affairs is holding its third annual “virtual Pride Month.” This monthlong event features online seminars on topics that include “A Legal Guide to LGBTQ Couples,” “Healthcare and Fertility Preservation for Transgender Patients,” and “A Clinical Guide to Gender-Affirming Prosthetics,” to name a few. " Gender affirming Prosthetics? I guess that's fake breasts so veterans can prance around the White House with naked chests during Pride Month.

Don’t wait for a vaccine

I've heard several politicians say we'll have to go very slow to reopen the economy until we have a vaccine. Hogwash.

There is no vaccine for AIDS; the vaccine for shingles only works for some; there are promising vaccines in the works for malaria which kills and cripples over a million a year, but nothing completely acceptable (and environmentalists removed the only safe protection, DDT, with no vaccine in sight); thousands of parents follow the advice they see on the internet and won't even accept measles, mumps and polio vaccines. Between the excruciatingly slow and thick government red tape and the outrage from various special interest groups about disparities and availability, it could be decades to get approval. The first black child who contracts covid19 after receiving a vaccine would have the 9th circuit throwing the whole thing out.

We don't have time, Governor DeWine and Dr. Amy Acton, to wait for approval of a vaccine. Democrats would call it racist, sexist, and homophobic if Trump even got it close to the finish line--and you know it!

More money for obesity research?

"For decades, experts at CDC, National Institutes of Health (NIH), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), U.S. Department of Education, the Administration for Children and Families, and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have been researching and developing strategies to prevent and address obesity among children and adults nationwide." (The State of Obesity, 2018)

And apparently their strategies aren't working except to ask for more money to fund more research to pay more government workers. 1999-2000 30.5% adults obese; 2015-2016 39.6% obese. I don't find that impressive. Don't cut our budgets--we need that money to address obesity! To fail bigger!

Looking through the research, I see. . . racism is embedded.

  • The differences between blacks and whites are called INEQUITIES.
  • The differences between black males and black females (more likely to be obese) are called differences.
  • The differences between Asian American men (more likely to be obese) and Asian American women are differences.
  • The differences between Asians and whites (more likely to be obese) are called differences.
  • The differences between rural (more likely to be obese) and urban are called differences.
  • The differences between first generation and second generation (twice as likely to be obese) are called differences.
  • The differences between Filipino Americans (more likely to be obese) and Chinese Americans are called differences.

Today’s Daily Prayer Briefing

That you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding. Colossians 1:9

“Several years ago, a construction worker at Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston, South Carolina was issued a ticket for $525 for shoplifting. What did this worker take without payment? A drink refill. Unaware refills in the hospital cafeteria were 89 cents, this man refilled his drink without thought. Thankfully, the federal officer who caught him decided to let him off with a warning – but only after first writing him the expensive ticket.

The poor worker just came to get filled. Today’s passage speaks of a different refill. The apostle Paul wrote to the church in Colossae to say he was praying for God to fill them with wisdom and understanding, as well as knowledge of His will. One would think such a valuable replenishment would come with a price. But all may pray to receive this spiritual gift.

Are you taking advantage of the free refills your Heavenly Father can give? Come today and ask to be filled. Pray, too, for your national leaders to have wisdom and understanding. Help them to know Jesus already paid the cost.”

This anecdote was included in the Daily Prayer Briefing where since the Bush years one has been able to learn the president’s schedule, what issues are before Congress, and other important events.  However, this one, besides having a spiritual message about taking advantage of the “refills” we have with intimate prayer to our Father in Heaven, also reminds me of the ridiculousness of our court system, government regulations, and the pettiness of humans.

Thank God, we have a holy and just God who does no toy with us.

Note:  Sometimes these “spiritual stories” are apocryphal so I decided to check this one.  Yes, it actually happened in 2014. https://www.foxnews.com/us/va-hospital-backs-down-after-slapping-man-with-525-fine-over-soda-refill

How will the President fight the Deep State?

" “Drain the Swamp!” is a great line to shout at a protest, or to chant during a march. It’s a wonderful exclamation with which to close a theme in a campaign speech, and it’s well worth doing. But actually doing it, when the time comes, is hard.

The Deep State is the reason that Draining the Swamp is so hard. When we talk about “the state” in this context, we’re not talking about one of the fifty, we’re talking about government in general. It’s made up of elected officials, and their political appointees, and all the civil servants, from newbie to career, who fill the massive government of the United States of America.

. . . The Right has an institutional disadvantage in this struggle [between the swamp and the deep state]: as a general rule, conservatives don’t want to work for government; liberals do. So when liberals enter these agencies, especially at the outset, they are more likely to remain, safely Hatched, for their entire careers."

A long but excellent article.  It's going to be a very long, hard fought battle.
