At last, someone who has read the bill

Notice how the Meet the Press interviewer continues to defend the bill, throwing in criticism for Republicans, not Democrats, Bush but not Obama. Still in the tank, but gasping for air.

Bobby Jindal.

No, the Democrats were completely in charge of Louisiana--Democratic governor, and Democratic Mayor. Only fools blamed Bush--apparently because he was on vacation, and of course, the Obamas would never go on vacation. Million$ went into the clean up and the Democrats also couldn't manage that. They did however, get a lot of the poor people to leave NOLA and didn't rebuild flooded, moldly public housing. Jindal knows something about taking government money. He knows there's a cost. Our Ohio governor will take anything that's offered--pay back for motor/voter, ACORN and the unions who helped Ohio go for Obama.

Jindal is pledging TO READ the bill. Why is that so hard for liberals to understand and support?

"Disgraced Democratic Sen. John Edwards was right about one thing: There are two Americas. One America is full of moochers, big and small, corporate and individual, trampling over themselves with their hands out demanding endless bailouts. The other America is full of disgusted, hardworking citizens getting sick of being played for chumps and punished for practicing personal responsibility." Michelle Malkin

To the first anonymous poster: it has always been the Democrats who don't give a damn about the poor and suffering. Why else would they have so many gov't programs to keep people that way?

Republicans, on the other hand, actually DO care about the poor and suffering, and offer real help(job training, low interest loans, education, church programs, telling those down that they ARE capable human being) in getting themselves out of whatever whole they're in.

I plan on shouting this truth from the rooftops, because I'm tired of cruel, uncaring Democrats, who think throwing other peoples' money at problem is the real answer, instead of getting their own damned hands dirty helping out the downtrodden. The truth is out, liberals, and conservatives are tired of being polite!

What the Republicans seem to fear is being called cheap by the Democrats, so during the campaigns they talk about controlling spending, but when they get into office they let the Democrats goad them into outspending the Dems. That's not a much better motive than trying to keep people down by making them dependent on the gov't.
