on the bottom and even less on the top, then she's not fooling anyone.
We have several parks within a mile or two of Henderson and Reed, a corner with two busy gas stations and two shopping centers--she could have driven there and had a safe, healthy, exhilerating run without putting herself or others in danger. But who would be there to see her except ladies on a stroll or pushing baby buggies.

Norma I'm sure you noticed that nameless lurking Liberals are prepared to demonize anything and I mean ANYTHING a conservative says, writes or does! They think that it detracts for how misguided they are.
Actually, there already are local ordinances about tying up traffic whether a male or female--but I doubt the police could catch her. Liberals are very confused about the difference between the federal gov't handing down regulations and the perfectly acceptable right of local communities to do it.
