Kamala Harris is a blatant racist and classist

Kamala Harris may be the biggest racist of the year, or maybe of the Biden administration. . . and that's saying something. Democrats will claim that Trump is a racist with no evidence.  But the Biden gang proves it every day.  Her latest scandal is she has politicized Hurricane Ian because she wants "equity." Federal money she told a Democrat political group should go to the poor and [read] black people. I guess if a black multi-millionaire loses his property because the house was too close to the water on Sanibel, FEMA should give him more money than the white middle class guy who uses his property to invest for his retirement. But in her mind it's about "climate change" (used different set of words to be cagey) and systemic racism. The woman, who most recently told the world we were allies of North Korea and cackles like a crow, cannot be trusted with history, science, common sense or the best interests of black Americans.

Joe and Kamala--not a good week

Joe honored a woman in the room who was dead and Kamala said the U.S. was in an alliance with North Korea.

I don't blame them, I blame the Democrats for electing them. They knew exactly what they were getting--a confused old man past his prime (if he had one--he had a 45 year record as a gaffe machine and plagiarist) and a woman chosen for her race who actually called Biden a racist during the 2020 campaign! Now how dumb can the voters be!

And then his Spox Karine Jean-Pierre tried to cover for him when even the usually cover-up press corps brought it up. All she needed to say was, "He misspoke," and although it would have been a lie, it would have been over.  She just went on and on with her fable.

Democrats play like girls—nasty and mean

Odd, isn't it, that Democrats just have to schedule liar Cohen hearings on the day of historic talks with North Korea? It's just too obvious. They play with middle school girls' rules. No Republican or Democrat president has been able to do anything in 70 years, and they just can't have Trump show them up. We don't know yet if anything can be done about that war so many years ago, the war we didn't win but negotiated a bad truce, so God forbid a non-politician can make a difference. Democrats and Republicans have also been trying to "solve" the illegal immigration problem since Johnson tackled it in the 1960s with laws that weren't followed, just revised, for 50 years, with no successful results. Imagine what Trump might have been able to accomplish had they not blocked him at every turn.

The New York Times has now issued a formal correction of the error in the North Korea editorial it published last week.

The Times correction reads: "An earlier version of this editorial incorrectly said that President Trump's special envoy for North Korea, Stephen Biegun, has yet to meet a North Korean official since his appointment. Mr. Biegun has met several senior North Korean officials, but he has not held working-level talks with his designated North Korean counterpart, the vice foreign minister Choe Son-hui."

This is the insanity of the left that got us North Korean Nukes! Obama's idiotic gesture to Iran's mullahs will create another crazy regime in Iraq with nukes.

That's truly insane as the left repeats the same idiotic mistakes as the past. And you want to focus on Trump factually having more power because he talked down to a truly crazed lunatic who starves his people to death. Oh the self-righteous indignation you spout. What a bunch of watered-down, Kathy Griffin whining you do.

But then, you don't care about Obama's idiotic actions that got our troops killed in Afghanistan under weak Rules of Engagement. Rules that Obama himself demanded and approved. So more Americans could die. Did you complain about those actions? No, you complain about a tweet, as if it's the end of the world.

Did you complain about Obama giving power to lunatic mullahs in Iran by putting down the people of Iran and lifting up insane nutjob leaders there. As Iranians died? No. Instead you defend Obama's past as if it does not matter.
Do you actually care about truth or peace or people in North Korea or South Korea?

Your rage and hatred only leads you to bash Trump. For a tweet. While looking the other way at real actions that led to death of Iranians, that led to death of Americans, and that will lead to a bunch of crazed, idiotic mullahs with nukes.

Double standard for two men of color

Listening to the President's speech before he took off for Hawaii, I reflected again on the jail time for Dinesh D'Sousa who made a movie critical of Obama. His terrible offense? A minor political donation infraction. But it's hugs and kissy face for tax evader ($4.5 million) Al Sharpton from the President. The President in addressing the Norks talked a strong line about the tradition of creative freedom in film. . . something about this was a comedy, and what happens when it is a documentary. Like something about him? I think we've already got that answer. Nothing will happen to the North Koreans, but an immigrant American who is a conservative? Look out!

The Korean War back in the headlines

So North Korea shelled an island controlled by South Korea and they woke the President up to tell him. The Korean War started in 1950--60 years ago--before Obama was born. There was an Armistice (July 27, 1953), which got us out of it, but there was never a victory or a Peace Treaty, so the War goes on for Koreans to this day. But it has really taken a toll on North Koreans. A decade ago it was estimated that 3.5 million North Koreans had been deliberately starved to death by their own government. It's hard to say what that number would be now--but it's all a result of the Amistice we signed in 1953--leaving before the job was done. And many want us to do that in Afghanistan and Iraq. Winning a war is nasty stuff. Negotiating the ending and walking away is even nastier.

North Korea lecture by Swanger

It's fortunate that Dr. Eugene Swanger, Director and Professor of East Asian Studies at Wittenburg University for 33 years and a lecturer for the Department of State, has such a calm demeanor. Otherwise, one would be tempted to run screaming into the streets after one of his lectures on China, Taiwan or Korea. Truly, I'm surprised the "Peace with Justice" people (nonviolence, social responsibility), want him around for this special week. As I noted yesterday, the truce that pulled our troops out of Korea over 50 years ago resulted in millions of deaths by starvation in the north and the most repressive regime in the history of the world. What little is known about Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, his heir, (both are considered dieties) comes from defectors who have written books. Dr. Swanger provided a bibliography:
