What's in a kiss on the cheek? A lawsuit?

I heard today that a woman is going to sue the President for a misplaced kiss on the cheek. I think they were being introduced.  Not sure of the details. That's a pretty standard greeting these days, especially in the entertainment world (he wasn't yet the president), but there's never anything too minor for which to attack the President. Imagine if all the women Biden has fondled or kissed decided to sue him.  In public and on TV!

About 2 weeks ago I was introduced to a Muslim woman at the gym.  I started to put out my hand, but she said, "This is how we do it," and she kissed me on both cheeks.  I wonder if I should sue her for sexual harassment?
