Harris' two war dilemma

The two wars in which we are now engaged (Israel/Hamas and Russia/Ukraine) would not have happened if Biden/Harris hadn't shown how weak this administration is back in August 2021. But that ship has sailed. We're in it now and half the country seems OK with that really poor leadership, exchanging a man who couldn't talk for a woman who is afraid to talk.

My question is why do Democrats/leftists seem so interested in some sort of negotiated peace for Israel/Hamas when Hamas and all radical Muslims have declared that Israel has no right to exist, but never even suggest that a third party might work with Russia and Ukraine to save lives and work through territorial disagreements. Neither war is in our best interest.

Does it go back to all those Ukrainian deals made by Biden's son when Joe was vice president? A lot of money changed hands. Or could there be growing anti-Semitism in the U.S., especially in the Biden/Harris administration? And what is the motive of people willing to vote for Harris to extend this mess?

Democrats have their wish

Democrats wanted an alternative to mean tweets and the art of making deals. And they got their desire. They hated Trump's style and could never give a reason why strong border security and energy freedom were bad for Democracy. So, they elected an elderly "moderate" with Big Tech manipulation of the vote, mainstream media lies and a worldwide pandemic stoking fear.

So now we have ISIS resurgence in Syria after Trump practically wiped them out and new ground troops from U.S. stepping up to "advise." How'd that work out the last 3 decades? Then there's the pesky border civil war between Ukraine and Russia and 8500 U.S. troops on alert. Our friends and enemies around the world know how weakened by his advisors Biden is--they saw it in the Afghanistan withdrawal disaster. They see his inability to negotiate with Mexico or follow Trump's plan to stop the millions pouring over our own border. They know he's Obama 2.0 and they remember the red lines and lines in the shifting sand for 8 years. Add to this miserable record, the military leaders Biden has chosen for guidance are more concerned about woke soldiers than skilled and trained troops. How helpful is a Marxist social theory when the Russians and Ukrainians, two former Communist states, are the same race, culture and religion, and the Syrian fighters are all some version of Islam?

The Russian hacker meme

Hillary's campaign manager "Mook provided no proof that Russian agents committed the crime, he clearly painted Russia as an American adversary acting with malign intent. He then yoked Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump to Russia’s neo-Czar Vladimir Putin: “I think that what’s troubling is how he (Trump) praised Vladimir Putin,” Mook said." http://observer.com/2016/07/clinton-campaign-tries-to-deflect-damaging-content-with-trump-smear/

Whoa Nellie. Talk about Trump blabbing nonsense. He might as well have said Norma Bruce--I have ties with Russia that go back to the 1950s! I've even visited there! And I traveled there by train, not cruise ship. I am against Hillary Clinton, and I spend hours on an ancient computer. But it's just not as good a story. Sigh.

Russia seems to figure prominently in Democrat lies. Remember when they smeared Palin, with a Russia joke when it was Tina Fey who said it? Since the lapdog press never checks it was really a popular story. When caught saying disparaging things about minorities and gays and Bernie in their leaked e-mails, they just deflected it to Russian hackers (they could see them from their kitchen?) instead of the content.

I still think someone needs to check into the murder of that DNC guy. There's a lot of that following the Clintons. But he was just a white, middle class man, not worthy of press coverage. Important only to his family, who would never be asked to speak on national TV about their lost son/brother. http://www.nbcwashington.com/news/local/Man-Shot-Killed-in-Northwest-DC-386316391.html

Glenn Beck’s series on the geo-political threat of Russia

Glenn Beck did part 2 of his Russian series tonight discussing the history of Russia going back a thousand years up to the role of Alexandr Dugin, a Putin adviser, and the alliance with various anti-liberal and liberal groups. For example, disgustingly anti-gay (to suck up to the family values Christians), but also vigorously anti-fracking (because Russia is the source of energy for all of Europe). It's a very confusing hodge podge to reinstate the 5th column the Communists lost in the U.S. But the U.S. is the enemy--it must be destroyed. He sees Putin manipulating the Orthodox church to gain power. During Soviet times, Russians were relocated all over the empire (usually as political punishment) and now is using their residency in those countries as excuses to take back those countries.  For instance, ethnic Russians living in Ukraine, Crimea, Uzbekistan or Belarus.

Does this guy look like Rasputin (crazy faith healer and spiritual adviser to the czarina) on purpose? Putin has found a role for the Orthodox Church, but just keep in mind, monarchs, kings, czars, presidents and Imans know how to use religious people.

Putin had this to say regarding Ukraine/Crimea during his recent state of the union address:

“For Russia, Crimea, ancient Korsun, Chersonesos, Sevastopol have a great civilization and sacred significance – as well as the Temple Mount in Jerusalem for those who profess Islam and Judaism. That is how we are going to treat this. Now and forever. ”

Peter the Great said it and Putin/Dugin are saying it now. They see Russia as the “Third Rome”. Ukraine and Crimea are their holy sites. The significance of such traced back to the Apostle Andrew. Vladimir I was baptised there making Kievan Rus’ a Christian state. They’re going to defend and struggle for it as if it were the Vatican or the Temple Mount.

Wake up America, and smell the gas

"The first results of the survey indicate previous assessments have severely underestimated Turkmenistan's gas reserves. The BP Statistical Review of World Energy, an industry bible, sets the country's reserves at 2.67 trillion cubic meters. Analysts expect that to be upgraded in light of the information on South Yolotan.

The findings suggest Turkmenistan should be able to confidently move ahead with plans to boost its exports of gas. At the moment, it sells most of its gas to Russia -- about 50 billion cubic meters a year, which is mostly resold to Ukraine -- and a little to Iran. But it has plans to export to China and Europe too, as well as significantly boost sales to Russia. China is building a pipeline from Turkmenistan that will have the capacity to bring 30 billion cubic meters a year, and Ashgabad has also agreed to sell 10 billion cubic meters to Europe. The European Union hopes that a gas pipeline will one day be built across the Caspian Sea, which would enable direct imports of Turkmen gas, bypassing Russia."
WSJ, Oct. 16, 2009

Now that the fifth largest natural gas field in the world has been found in Turkmenistan, let‘s review what Governor Palin of Alaska, which has the mother load of energy resources for the USA, told Charlie Gibson about our relationship with Putin and former Soviet republics like the Ukraine. You didn’t see this part of the interview because ABC which is in the tank for Obama was trying to make her look like a beauty queen ingĂ©nue.
GIBSON: And under the NATO treaty, wouldn’t we then have to go to war if Russia went into Georgia?

PALIN: Perhaps so. I mean, that is the agreement when you are a NATO ally, is if another country is attacked, you’re going to be expected to be called upon and help.
But NATO, I think, should include Ukraine, definitely, at this point and I think that we need to — especially with new leadership coming in on January 20, being sworn on, on either ticket, we have got to make sure that we strengthen our allies, our ties with each one of those NATO members.

We have got to make sure that that is the group that can be counted upon to defend one another in a very dangerous world today.

GIBSON: And you think it would be worth it to the United States, Georgia is worth it to the United States to go to war if Russia were to invade.

PALIN: What I think is that smaller democratic countries that are invaded by a larger power is something for us to be vigilant against. We have got to be cognizant of what the consequences are if a larger power is able to take over smaller democratic countries.

And we have got to be vigilant. We have got to show the support, in this case, for Georgia. The support that we can show is economic sanctions perhaps against Russia, if this is what it leads to.

It doesn’t have to lead to war and it doesn’t have to lead, as I said, to a Cold War, but economic sanctions, diplomatic pressure, again, counting on our allies to help us do that in this mission of keeping our eye on Russia and Putin and some of his desire to control and to control much more than smaller democratic countries.

His mission, if it is to control energy supplies, also, coming from and through Russia, that’s a dangerous position for our world to be in, if we were to allow that to happen.
