Praying for HHS staffers, Marie and Rebekah

HHS Watch publishes opposition research on the Trump administration’s appointees, focusing on work they have done for social conservative groups, especially those smeared by the Southern Poverty Law Center. The campaign further attacks the administration appointees’ efforts to overturn provisions in Obamacare which compel religious dissenters to pay for birth control and abortifacient drugs.

The power of God is greater than the power of Satan, so I went to their page https://equityfwd.org/hhs-watch   looked at the faces/names, picked two, and pray that God’s power will be stronger than their enemies.  There are a few minorities, but most seem to be white, young females. Women need to be in government unless they are Republican and pro-life, it seems.  I am praying for Marie who is a  lawyer, and anti-abortion activist. Description of her is quite hostile using inflammatory words (won’t let me copy)—calls Family Research Council and Focus on the Family extremist groups (that’s the influence of SPLC).  I’m also praying for Rebekah, HHS Deputy Assistant Secretary for Legislation,  who is maligned by HHS Watch as an “advisor while in college of (very vague) far right-wing representatives (of what it doesn’t say). She was a staffer for the House Republican Study Committee before becoming a domestic policy advisor to VP Mike Pence.”  Obviously a dangerous woman to be watched!

So I’m going to pray for Marie and Rebekah (good Biblical names)—for God’s leading and direction.  Won’t you join me and select a few for pray for?  I’m going to pray that the dark money and evil forces behind Equity Forward (fighting for “women’s reproductive health”) and funded by Arabella Advisors (Leftist money organization) and Hopewell  Fund, a 501c3 for leftist advocacy, will shrivel and the people who work there will come to know Jesus.

The horror stories of the past few weeks about New York and Virginia have at least revealed how many states are going down this road of extremism.

‘Tis the season of scams

Think before you donate. It's the season of scams.

"Some nonprofits with benevolent-sounding names actually have agendas that undermine American freedom. The Southern Poverty Law Center positions itself as a watchdog on racist and hate-filled organizations. The American Civil Liberties Union is billed as the nonprofit law firm that defends civil liberties. But both these groups follow a left-wing partisan agenda that vilifies political speech and undercuts due process." Capital Research Center

“Indeed, groups like the ACLU and the SPLC really do pose a direct threat to the very fabric of America, and, in many respects, are contributing to the decay of our constitutional republic. Earlier this year, the American Civil Liberties Union in Oregon filed a lawsuit against the federal government following a February 2 directive from the head of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to target criminal illegal aliens appears in courthouses. In this way, the ACLU stood not for, but against, the rule of law in order to protect individuals that have no right to be in the country in the first place. America’s justice system was sabotaged, just as it had been dozens – if not hundreds – of times before. (Related: The ACLU has sued a small town into submission over a cross on top of a Christmas tree.)

As for the Southern Poverty Law Center, this is an organization that disguises itself as a reputable, bipartisan group that seeks to preserve civil rights, when in reality it’s nothing more than a far-left, anti-conservative organization. They have developed something of a habit of labeling certain groups (mostly conservative and rarely liberal) as “hate groups” as a means of discrediting them and damaging their reputation. Ironically, when it comes to radical left-wing groups like Antifa that are staunchly opposed to republicans and President Trump, the Southern Poverty Law Center won’t even come close to using the term “hate group.” They are rabble-rousers, intentionally trying to stir up trouble and creating nothing but chaos in the process. (Related: The SPLC is a hate group pretending to be an anti-hate group.)” https://www.naturalnews.com/2018-06-08-aclu-slpc-must-be-prosecuted-for-sabotaging-a-constitutional-republic-warns-author.html

David Horowitz and Freedom Center

“Earlier this year, MasterCard shut off our online fundraising because the Southern Poverty Law Center labeled my Freedom Center an "Islamophobic hate group," and then Discover Card came after us too.

Why did MasterCard go to war against the Freedom Center? Part of the answer no doubt has to do with the invisible advance of political correctness in the corporate world which has helped create a "progressive" culture based on virtue signaling and moral preening.

But there's more to it than that...

The forces waging this war involve a tight network of the most powerful institutions in our economy, the censorship prone social media, the liberal press, and financial giants like MasterCard.

Their marching orders are issued by radical groups such as the George Soros-funded Media Matters and their ammunition dump is provided by the Southern Poverty Law Center's fabricated blacklist of alleged "hate groups."

I know that the story of this attack on the Freedom Center is complicated and I appreciate your patience in reading about it. I hope you see the threat it poses to all enemies of the left.

I also hope you see that the Freedom Center is in the fight of its life and desperately needs your support if it is to continue our historic role as the left's worst enemy.”

Other conservatives have their accounts shut down or go to Facebook “jail” for speaking out about freedom for Jews, or abortion, or schools or support for Trump, like Diamond and Silk (2 black women who advocate for the president). Dare not aim at the Left’s sacred cows.  George Soros has a lot of power (and now you can be called an anti-Semite for speaking out about Soros!) You can’t really say social media punishment for disagreeing with Soros is about free speech because that’s a government issue, however, these sites do have bills to pay—they are a business and depend on advertising which depends on web traffic.  Big Tech is Big Monopoly.  The left also shuts down bakers and florists or fashion designers who don’t want to participate in a same sex wedding, and THAT is a first amendment right, and their businesses are also being destroyed by government.

Southern Poverty Law Center brings in the big bucks

We're on a lot of hit lists for money. Here's one that won't get a dime--but I haven't heard from them lately. Southern Poverty Law Center--the guys who publish lists of hate groups. They take in about $34 million a year (probably by sending mailings to rich white folks feeling guilty about their wealth), have assets of about $230 million, and pay their CEOs over $300,000/yr. I keep telling you, poverty is big business for the the middle class. If poverty were to disappear tomorrow, thousands would be out of work, and we could start the cycle all over!

Information from Charity Navigator. The good news is it takes zero government dollars.

Fighting hate can be very profitable--don't be conned

“The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) recalls an observation about the Holy Roman Empire, i.e., it was neither holy, nor Roman, nor an empire. Aside from its location in Alabama, the SPLC is about as southern as William Tecumseh Sherman. It has little to do with assisting poor people and much to do with enriching its already well-heeled directors. And as for law, its strident advocacy on behalf of illegal aliens suggests that the rule of law is not exactly one of its top priorities.”

“The SPLC serves as a cash machine for Morris Dees and his close associates. Building upon the George McGovern presidential campaign contributors lists, Dees has become one of the most successful direct mail fundraisers in history. Easily scared leftists have contributed hundreds of millions of dollars to the SPLC and it now has a fat endowment. Various Charity Watch Lists, such as that of the Colorado Secretary of State, recognize the SPLC as among the most dubious non-profit organizations currently soliciting funds.”

Trying To ‘Alinsky’ The Tea Party Movement

I'm not aware of a single violent act resulting from the Tea Party Movement--but it certainly has brought out the wrath and violent tendencies of the left and the media.
"Using tactics straight out Saul Alinsky’s Rules For Radicals, the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) has released a scathing report attempting to isolate and ridicule the Tea Party movement. Filled with leftist talking points and blanket statements, the SPLC report, “Rage On The Right: The Year in Hate and Extremism,” asserts Tea Party alignment to “Timothy McVeigh and Olympics bomber Eric Rudolph,” “hate groups,” “furious anti-immigrant vigilante groups,”and ”so-called ‘Patriot’ groups.” In the eyes of the SPLC, the average American citizen is
“shot through with rich veins of radical ideas, conspiracy theories and racism.”
Southern Poverty Law Center Tries To ‘Alinsky’ The Tea Party Movement
In fact, the Tea Party movement may be the best thing to happen to both parties in this country, who have long ignored the ordinary citizen, who thought all he/she needed to do for representation was vote and send money to PACs and party machines. It's a new day, and as usual, those in power don't relinquish it easily.

I got an e-mail from Murray today who writes that he and his wife "went to the weekly Tri-county Tea Party meeting last night here in The Villages. The featured speaker was Jason Sager who is running for the House of Representatives in Florida's 5th district. There were about 160 pumped up people in attendance to hear Jason provide insight to the destruction that's taking place in our Federal government. The mood of the audience was unified towards returning our government back into the hands of WE THE PEOPLE. The usually silent seniors have had enough of the spending, the healthcare bill and sharing the wealth philosophy of the Obama administration. Meetings like this are happening all over our great country. We ought to thank Obama for waking us up so we can begin the "change" that we thought we were going to get!"

A bunch of pumped up Florida senior citizens, and the left is so afraid they're demonizing them. It's pathetic, but I guess something had to wake us up.
