Harris lied, Trump won the debate

Of course, when Trump said it, our dear MSM said he was a liar. But it's out there. Remember, she said (as a message to her leftist base) my values have not changed.

"KFile, an investigative outfit at CNN, unearthed a document this week that provides several alarming insights into what the Democratic candidate might actually believe in, including taxpayer-funded sex changes for illegal aliens and federal prisoners, eliminating the Hyde Amendment, statehood for Washington, D.C., decriminalizing crack cocaine for personal use, and cutting Immigration and Customs Enforcement funding.

These revelations, contained within an American Civil Liberties Union questionnaire completed in 2019 by then-Sen. Kamala Harris (Calif.), have renewed concerns about the Democrat's radicalism and even managed to surprise CNN's Erin Burnett. " (The Blaze, Sept 10)

And ACLU has a Harris compilation--a roadmap--which it thinks will further its policies, yet warns about Project 2025 by Heritage Conservatives. Wow. Democrats. I didn't even want to download the document. Too scary for me. It's called "The Harris Memos Compilation."

Now Hugh Hewitt has reversed his opinion about the debate and says he thinks Trump won the debate.

Why does Biden want marijuana convicts out of federal prisons?

Biden lies to us about blacks and marijuana. The claim his writers/handlers are using is, “While studies show white and Black people use marijuana at similar rates, a Black person is more than three times as likely to be arrested for possession than a white person, according to a report from the ACLU that analyzed marijuana arrest data from 2010 to 2018.” That's bunk. ACLU definitely doesn't have the best interests of the black community at heart. Read any famous writer or observer of black/Negro life in the 20th century and you'll see marijuana is a huge factor in the destruction of families and businesses.

"Blacks comprise one-third of all treatment admissions nationally for marijuana abuse, though they represent only about 13 percent of the nation’s population. Among cannabis users, blacks have a nearly 70 percent higher rate of cannabis dependence than whites (16.82 percent v. 10.01 percent).
Cannabis is the illicit drug for which black drug abusers are most frequently treated (29 percent of all drug treatments), according to a 2013 U.S. Treatment Episode Data Set compiled by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. By contrast, 12 percent of whites in drug treatment were there for cannabis abuse."
So do black lives matter to Biden? Doesn't look like it to me?

‘Tis the season of scams

Think before you donate. It's the season of scams.

"Some nonprofits with benevolent-sounding names actually have agendas that undermine American freedom. The Southern Poverty Law Center positions itself as a watchdog on racist and hate-filled organizations. The American Civil Liberties Union is billed as the nonprofit law firm that defends civil liberties. But both these groups follow a left-wing partisan agenda that vilifies political speech and undercuts due process." Capital Research Center

“Indeed, groups like the ACLU and the SPLC really do pose a direct threat to the very fabric of America, and, in many respects, are contributing to the decay of our constitutional republic. Earlier this year, the American Civil Liberties Union in Oregon filed a lawsuit against the federal government following a February 2 directive from the head of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to target criminal illegal aliens appears in courthouses. In this way, the ACLU stood not for, but against, the rule of law in order to protect individuals that have no right to be in the country in the first place. America’s justice system was sabotaged, just as it had been dozens – if not hundreds – of times before. (Related: The ACLU has sued a small town into submission over a cross on top of a Christmas tree.)

As for the Southern Poverty Law Center, this is an organization that disguises itself as a reputable, bipartisan group that seeks to preserve civil rights, when in reality it’s nothing more than a far-left, anti-conservative organization. They have developed something of a habit of labeling certain groups (mostly conservative and rarely liberal) as “hate groups” as a means of discrediting them and damaging their reputation. Ironically, when it comes to radical left-wing groups like Antifa that are staunchly opposed to republicans and President Trump, the Southern Poverty Law Center won’t even come close to using the term “hate group.” They are rabble-rousers, intentionally trying to stir up trouble and creating nothing but chaos in the process. (Related: The SPLC is a hate group pretending to be an anti-hate group.)” https://www.naturalnews.com/2018-06-08-aclu-slpc-must-be-prosecuted-for-sabotaging-a-constitutional-republic-warns-author.html

September 12

Today, September 12, marks the founding of a small but mighty organization that helped change the direction of our country--the Intercollegiate Socialist Party in 1905. http://www.marxisthistory.org/subject/usa/eam/iss.html

It was created to change the trajectory of the U.S. from being Christian to being Marxist. The list of members is quite remarkable, although not all were at that first meeting at Peck's restaurant in Manhattan and in 1921 its name was changed to the League for Industrial Democracy. Upton Sinclair, Jack London, Clarence Darrow, Walter Lippmann, Walter Reuther, Eugene Debs, W.E.B. Dubois, John Dewey, Felix Frankfurter, Edna St. Vincent Millay, Henry Morgenthau, Jr., Franklin Roosevelt, Jr. and Arthur Schlesinger, Jr.

So don’t underestimate a small group of young people with big ideas. They’ve been very successful over the last 100+ years.

Notice the names of the authors of the LID propaganda. http://rmc.library.cornell.edu/EAD/htmldocs/KCL05266.html

When powerful Democrats like President Obama talk about American values and morals,  I think he’s talking about those of the ISP/LID, and not those taught by Christ.

A mean spirited law suit

Read the whole story at American Daughter. If the Sunrise Rock cross comes down (right now they've just covered it with plywood), don't you think for a minute that will be the last of it.
Currently, the Supreme Court’s nine justices are divided on the issue along progressive and conservative lines. Progressive justices view the Constitution as a living, breathing document emanating meanings from ethereal penumbras of the actual text, which often contradict the plain understanding of the words themselves; and conservative justices focus on a strict interpretation of the text of the Constitution based on the originally intended meaning of the text.

When it comes to the Establishment Clause, progressive justices have interpreted the emanations from the clause to mean government hostility toward religion in general and Christianity in particular; whereas conservative justices have interpreted the clause to mean government neutrality toward religion and accommodation for Christianity in particular.

However, the final battle won’t be won until the Supreme Court decides on the constitutionality of Ninth Circuit’s ruling, and that could take weeks. It’s also quite possible the high court will ignore the broader question of whether the presence of the cross on a federal preserve establishes a religion, and will address the narrower question of whether Congress was right to transfer the land on which the cross sits to private ownership.
It's not called the 9th circus for nothing.

Madoff Swindle might give some children a chance at life

"By swindling clients out of up to $50 billion, hedge fund manager Bernard L. Madoff has caused at least two left-wing charitable foundations to fold. Through his Social Security-like Ponzi scheme that paid older investors with funds from newer investors, liberal Madoff, a heavy donor to Democratic candidates, has caused the collapse of the Picower Foundation and the JEHT Foundation. Picower gave generously to NARAL, Planned Parenthood, Southern Poverty Law Center, and ACORN affiliate Project Vote. JEHT gave big to the ACLU and its foundation, the Center for Constitutional Rights, ACORN affiliate American Institute for Social Justice, and the Tides Foundation and its affiliates."

But. . . there will be bailouts for those supporting Democratic causes, such as abortion. Welfare for charities.

"Independent Sector, a coalition of liberal charities and foundations, wants to cash in on Washington’s bailout fever, the Chronicle of Philanthropy reports. "There’s simply not enough cash to respond to the amount of the needs," said Diana Aviv, president of the group. "The demand is much greater and the dollars that are secured from traditional sources are shrinking." Call it charity welfare. If you don’t dig deeply enough into your pockets for charity, the government will force you to, or at least that’s what Aviv wants." Capital Research Center

Check out ACLJ to know your rights

The American Center for Law and Justice works to protect your religious and constitutional freedoms. They have an excellent website, and regular radio shows that will take calls and e-mailed questions. Right now I'm listening to the November 9 broadcast which explains the recent Supreme Court decision on partial birth abortion. One caller wanted to know his rights for distributing religious literature at a court house. Another caller wanted to know why the ACLU wouldn't take her case if they care about civil liberties. The discussion moved to ACLU defending convicted felon/pedophiles using parks where children play. Another call from Ohio was about vanity plates with religious words which was denied by the BMV.

Locally, this is broadcast on 880 am (WRFD) at 1:30 p.m. You can check their listing for your area, or go to the website and download the current program or something from the archives. This is news and information you probably won't uncover in the mainstream media, or if you do, it will be so slanted it won't be of much use to you.
