Be a fool for Christ. But don't be fooled by this word.
Equity does not mean equality and it doesn't mean equal treatment, fairness or justice. It's one of the deliberately ambiguous and contradictory words in the language of newspeak, a term that means whatever Democrats and Socialists say it means. Attached to a management job description, it means one more overpaid bureaucrat checking the rule books for speech, privilege and physical characteristics. Ohio State created its office in 1970 and still can't stomp out evil so it needs more staff and more grants. There may be 20-30 assistants and go-fers in Diversity and Equity divisions of universities, and they are growing in woke corporations.
Recently I heard a speaker say just toss out diversity and inclusion, and go straight for equity. The speaker was white, so did she mean to be diverse or inclusive, whites might be on the roster? I think the words diversity and inclusion will gradually go the way of "multiculturalism" and "non-discrimination."
Equity is not a Biblical value, but a political tool, although some Christians are trying to climb on that band wagon by cherry picking Bible verses. Although they say otherwise, Christians love being in the "world." In fact, what equity means in real life, in real workplaces, in real award shows or real institutions when codified or regulated is
envy
jealousy
greed
bullying
fear
injustice
spying
Idolatry
rivalry
strife
selfishness
dissensions
enmities
quarrels
humiliation
It means repaying evil with evil
not living peacefully with all
always avenging, never forgiving.
Be a fool for Christ. But don't be fooled by this word.

10 axioms about the voter count
We all know Joe Biden won the popular vote November 3, 2020, and there are axioms (self-evident truths) we can learn from this.
1. Trump will end up with over 70,000,000 votes. Seventy million. These are American citizens who have been insulted, demeaned, called every name in the book, had their homes vandalized, their careers ruined, losing friends and family, and yet remained loyal and convinced he was the best president in their life times. These are not citizens duped by foreign powers, these are not citizens bought by powerful PACs and backroom deals. These are not citizens represented by the rich and famous of Hollywood.
2. The citizens who voted for Trump in 2016 and 2020 have completely flipped the party labels. The blue collar and less well-educated are now the Republicans. Republicans now represent the little guy being ground down by the oligarchs and big money of the new age of technology. Trump is a wealthy man, but he can't hold up against the onslaught of the money that was pouring in to defeat the down ticket candidates in the South and Southwest.
3. Trump's presidency revealed how badly divided the country is--he didn't divide it--Obama made it worse, but it was a long time coming even before him. I was in academe until 2000, and all the seeds were sprouting. President Trump revealed the coalition of hate and bigotry from members of his own party, mega-wealthy entertainers, smug over rated athletes, Big-Tech CEOs and their overpaid, overeducated workers, narrow specialty medical and science researchers, cancel culture academics, and puffed up pastors.
4. President Trump turned out to be the strongest pro-life president and that issue like none other revealed the moral bankruptcy of both parties. Whereas the Democrats were more revealing about their open animosity for the unborn, their blood lust and glee for letting little ones die dismembered with no medical care, the Republicans really didn't put up much of a fight, leaving it to non-profits and Christian groups to charge the armed bunkers of the abortionists.
5. President Trump has burst open the bubble of what Democrats are about. They have been taken over by the far left, the worst element in our country. Defund the police. Teach hate about our history in schools. Shout down any opposing view. Drag people in to court for exercising their first and second amendment rights. Divide and conquer by creating victim groups rather than supporting wealth creation through work and investment. Make everything about sex and skin rather than empowering the working class to move up and out. Lock the doors on the low income with ever expanding government programs to hang on to their vote.
6. President Trump has embarrassed and shamed the Republicans in power by revealing he could accomplish many of the goals they set for years, yet never fought for. Democrats won the House in 2018 because Republicans retired, dropped out, or threw in the towel. They limped away and joined non-profits and think tanks waiting to return to power. He's exposed their naked inadequacies. He openly ridiculed them by doing what they could only whine about. Making us independent of the Middle East oil cartels, cutting funds for Planned Parenthood and at least attempting to stop the tax drain to "sanctuary cities," plugging the holes at the border for drug pushers and sex trafficking, negotiating better trade deals and forcing European "allies" to grow a pair and stand up to the EU.
7. Trump has awakened blacks to just how badly they've been used by Democrats. In the late 19th century up to the 1960s, the Republicans were the party working for the African Americans. Democrats were the party of the KKK and Jim Crow. Johnson stole that image in the 1960s and locked down the black vote with the "War on Poverty" and over the years black politicians have been rewarded with the keys to some of our largest cities. Trying to be "nice" and bi-partisan, the Republicans went along to get along. Trump comes along and looks at the trillions spent and minorities still struggling to latch on to the American dream. "What have you got to lose?" he asked blacks who were NOT in power. He was winning, too, with low unemployment, prison reform, asking for solutions rather than telling them. How embarrassing for both parties that an outsider with no political palm greasing could get things done just by asking the people who mattered to help him.
8. A 70 million vote for Trump further reveals the terrible divisions in the Christian church. We now see Evangelicals aligning with the Main Line Protestant denominations and the Catholics having more in common with the Fundamentalists, Pentecostals and Independents in the the fight to care of the weakest (the unborn and the elderly) and fighting to hold on to the meaning of a godly marriage and sexuality. Suburban Christians (both black and white) who had been quite comfortable in their chosen enclaves suddenly found themselves after the Memorial day riots accused of systemic racism and microaggression, embarrassed to fly the American flag and fearful of a Trump sign in their yards. Even if Trump had won with a clear majority of popular and electoral votes, only God will be able to restore health to his church.
9. 70,000,000 voters did not believe the constant barrage from Democrats, media, non-profits, and even their own churches that somehow a worldwide pandemic which originated in China was the fault of the American president. With hundreds of cultures, languages, demographic variables, conflicting science, and mixed messages from the White House Task Force, 70,000,000 still believe that the federal government doesn't have the Constitutional right to lock us in our homes, close our churches and libraries, destroy our businesses and live in fear. And that may be a problem for Joe Biden who has used this tragedy as an excuse to hide in his basement and has promised us nationwide mandates.
10. 70,000,000 citizens are not enough to hold back the tsunami of socialism/Communism that is sweeping over the country. And we have 75,000,000 willing to throw aside our freedoms and elect a man with close ties to Communist China.

The party of Woke
Deval Patrick, recently of Bain Capital and Fox Business News, newly declared Democrat candidate for chief oligarch, states he loves that his party is moving further to the left. Indeed, we see that being played out in the hearings whereby the Democrats attempt to undo the election of 2016 and destroy the Constitution by inventing crimes, a system well known by leftists (Communists, Fascists, Socialists, statists of all stripes).
On MSNBC: “First of all, I love that the party has moved to the left. I love that we are the party of the woke,” Patrick said. “I believe that we also have to be the party of the still waking, and I have always conducted my personal life and my business life . . . yada yada" Strange talk for a wealthy venture capitalist.
By "still waking" I suppose he means more Antifa riots and college protests to silence conservatives, forcing women to accept men in their athletic events and locker rooms, destroying public schools with radicalized teachers, open borders for the 75 different nationalities entering the U.S. in the south including terrorists and trafficked children, full rights to our social safety net for illegal aliens, shredding the first amendment rights, confiscating guns from private citizens while allowing them for criminals, confiscatory green taxes to fill the wallets of government bureaucrats, reduction and weakening of the military, more sexual abuse of children aka transgendering through surgery and chemical castration and stealing your assets through a wealth tax.

Elizabeth Warren wants your wealth
Seventy-two percent of the value of all domestically held stocks is owned by pension plans, 401(k)s and individual retirement accounts, or held by life insurance companies to fund annuities and death benefits. This wealth accumulated over a lifetime and benefits all Americans. . .
Socialism always destroys wealth; it doesn’t redistribute it. Unfortunately, this great truth is far from self-evident. Whether current and near-retirees will stand up and fight for their retirement savings will effectively gauge the survival instinct of our country, and our willingness to preserve the economic system that built it. The predictable New Old Left of the 21st century
Today's New Old Left has merged with the New Left of the 1960s--Jerry Rubin, Jane Fonda, and Bill Ayers, Obama's old neighborhood buddy, who helped launch his presidency. The New Old Left uses the methods of Mao and Stalin, yet instead of organizing coal miners, they want to destroy the coal industry. They've got a long list of forbidden words, whereas the New Left liked to shout out obscene words to shock.
"No wonder the New Old Left shares the worst traits of both inheritances: protestors shout profanities and yell in classrooms and lecture halls, but their shouts are boring and predictable. With all the boilerplate directives of “white privilege”, “intersectionality” and “institutional racism,” Antifa protestors sound like hippies as they shout out New Left obscenities, but they also put on black riot gear and masks, and resemble the old well-organized communist street mobs of the 1930s."

September 12
Today, September 12, marks the founding of a small but mighty organization that helped change the direction of our country--the Intercollegiate Socialist Party in 1905. http://www.marxisthistory.org/subject/usa/eam/iss.html
It was created to change the trajectory of the U.S. from being Christian to being Marxist. The list of members is quite remarkable, although not all were at that first meeting at Peck's restaurant in Manhattan and in 1921 its name was changed to the League for Industrial Democracy. Upton Sinclair, Jack London, Clarence Darrow, Walter Lippmann, Walter Reuther, Eugene Debs, W.E.B. Dubois, John Dewey, Felix Frankfurter, Edna St. Vincent Millay, Henry Morgenthau, Jr., Franklin Roosevelt, Jr. and Arthur Schlesinger, Jr.
So don’t underestimate a small group of young people with big ideas. They’ve been very successful over the last 100+ years.
Notice the names of the authors of the LID propaganda. http://rmc.library.cornell.edu/EAD/htmldocs/KCL05266.html
When powerful Democrats like President Obama talk about American values and morals, I think he’s talking about those of the ISP/LID, and not those taught by Christ.

A business lesson for socialists
A good business lesson for socialists and for those who work as teachers or in government or in academe or for "non-profits" and have never examined who or what is a business or a capitalist.
https://townhall.com/columnists/laurahollis/2018/08/16/a-business-lesson-for-socialists-n2510256
“The article is constructed on one flawed assumption after another.
First, the authors seem to be equating business with huge multinational corporations. But most businesses in the U.S. are small. The U.S. has approximately 28 million firms. Of those, about 21 million -- nearly 80 percent -- employ no one but the owner(s). Of the remaining 7 million companies, the vast majority employs fewer than 20 people. Further, most businesses in the U.S. aren't incorporated, but of those that are, fully 80 percent are small, closely held corporations owned and operated by families.”

What does Bernie really offer?
Bernie Sander's side has nothing of substance; he trots out socialism which is a total failure (except in all white countries), or which has resulted in the murder of millions by their own governments. So his party (which didn't support Lincoln) has to attack our past. My family has been in the U.S. since colonial times, and no one ever owned a slave. However, free blacks in the South and a few in the North did. So sort that one out, Bernie.
There are millions in slavery today, Columbus Dispatch just reported on some at chicken farms in Ohio, much of it still in Africa, much of it still in Muslim countries just as in the 17th and 18th century. Bernie's team-Democrat is supporting/advocating the deaths of the descendants of those who survived those terrible times. They are destroying their families with government transfers, tying them to the party plantation with "social justice" (just-us) programs.
Bernie's team even in my life time sent people to Congress who had been in the KKK, and who supported Jim Crow and voted against Republican civil rights efforts and anti-lynching laws. As recently as 2010, the Senate president pro tempore was former Exalted Cyclops Robert Byrd, D-W.V. If the South can't be trusted with a symbol, why trust the Democrats who are much, much closer to the problem--like the more recent 20th century? Living Democrats in glass houses had better stop lobbing rocks at dead Confederates. http://www.yourhoustonnews.com/courier/opinion/mona-charen-whitewashing-the-democratic-party-s-history/article_ae2148b7-7ce2-5c3b-abc0-0a45a57b13d7.html

Rip Van Sanders emerges from Sleepy Hollow
Democrats haven't had a single new idea in 100 years, and Bernie's 12 points prove it. Democrats are old, tired, and running on fumes of slogans like "hope and change." They have no one on the bench except Hillary. No governors; no young exciting Senators. They rallied around Barack Obama in 2008 and abandoned him in 2010 and 2014. I've heard this my entire life-- improve infrastructure, raise minimum wage, throw a bone to the women (even though recent graduates out earn men), more education to keep the liberal profs employed, progressive income tax. We have done it all, Rip Van Sanders, wake up. It's the 21st century.

Whatever he is, it’s not good for America
“I have never entertained the idea that Obama was a Muslim and always believed he was a socialist. But Obama's behavior over the last four years regarding Islam has convinced me that Obama has a Socialist/Islamic centered worldview -- a combination that is not uncommon in many parts of the Muslim world. . .
“Both Sharia and socialism are united in their envy of Western society and need to change it. That is why Obama has become the savior of both Islam and socialism. He embodies both ideologies. The claim that Obama is a Christian was a silly joke, but a necessary lie for the greater cause of changing America to fit the goals of both creeds.”

The ubiquitous plastic water bottle
What I was really looking for was the tax funding for CUNY (couldn't find it). How much of the $4,000+ tuition and fees comes from the tax payers of NY and how much from the rest of us (through federal grants, loans, etc. both for students and buildings). How many tax dollars go to support that Left Forum (a gathering of Communists and Socialists formerly titled Socialist Scholars Conference) being sponsored by the Department of Sociology, CUNY Graduate Center, 365 Fifth Avenue,New York, NY 10016.
The topics of Left Forum this year include federal green jobs programs and communist goals; lots of anti-capitalism panels; united left front against the right (that will include tea party groups); links with humanist groups; using art and theater for protest projects; U.S. leftists in Africa; using anarchy to move the cause along; state terrorism in Gaza (I assume they mean Israel); building a left movement in higher education (apparently they haven't checked recently--this has been achieved); lots of topics on race (and being anti-white), islamophobia, etc. Nothing on the oppression of women or homophobia under Sharia law that I noticed.
I also learned by reading this panel promotion that using the word "gimpy" or "gimp" is perfectly OK when referring to the physically disabled--although not if you are able-bodied. I suppose it falls into that "nappy headed" hole whereby black rap groups can use it, but not white talking heads.

Socialists aren't happy with Obama and the Democrats either
"DON’T TRUST THE DEMOCRATS – NOT A ONE. Especially the progressive Democrats.Helen Redmond: Beware the Progressive Democrat
Millions believed Barack Obama’s campaign pledge to create a humane, affordable and inclusive health care system and rein in the copious abuses of the insurance and pharmaceutical industries. On the campaign trail, Obama proclaimed these corporations were greedy and more concerned about profits and patents than the needs of patients. Some thought because Obama was a former supporter of a single-payer system, he might just enact it when he won the Whitehouse. How wrong they were.
No one could have predicted how much influence and control over health care reform President Obama would give to the very corporate interests killing and bankrupting the American people, and who just a few months earlier, had fiercely attacked and called out by name. No one could have predicted the scale and scope of the sell out. It is truly astounding given the soaring rhetoric of before and the cruel and sleazy reality of now."

At last, some honesty at MSNBC
LAWRENCE O'DONNELL: Glenn [Greenwald], unlike you, I am not a progressive. I am not a liberal who is so afraid of the word that I had to change my name to progressive. Liberals amuse me. I am a socialist. I live to the extreme left, the extreme left of you mere liberals, okay? However, I know this about my country. Liberals are 20 percent of the electorate. Conservatives are 41 percent of the electorate, okay? So I don't pretend that my views, which would ban all guns in America, make Medicare available to all in America, have any chance of happening in the federal government, okay? You can sit there and pretend that liberals should run more liberal in conservative districts. You love the loss of the Blue Dogs. The only way, the only way you have a chairman Barney Frank, there's only one way, that's by electing Blue Dogs. It's the only way. That's the only way you have a Speaker Pelosi.
Now if he could just admit that socialists are Marxists, the air would be a lot cleaner in the studio. He's also an actor, pulls down big money by selling his image and his knowledge, which is sort of like being a private company not controlled by the government, so in my opinion, he's also a hypocrite in wanting to impoverish other people.

PSAs, paid for by us, encourage illegal aliens to get all their benefits as "workers"
Here's a Department of Labor public service announcement (PSA) on our tax dollar.
- U.S. Labor Sec. Hilda Solis’ 30-second script: I’m U.S. Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis, and it is a serious problem when workers [legal or not] in this country are not being paid every cent they earned. Remember every worker in America has the right to be paid fairly whether documented or not.

What makes the leftists unhappy about Obama
- "Somehow the president has managed to turn a base of new and progressive voters he himself energized like no one else could in 2008 into the likely stay-at-home voters of 2010, souring an entire generation of young people to the political process. It isn't hard for them to see that the winners seem to be the same no matter who the voters select (Wall Street, big oil, big Pharma, the insurance industry). In fact, the president's leadership style, combined with the Democratic Congress's penchant for making its sausage in public and producing new and usually more tasteless recipes every day, has had a very high toll far from the left: smack in the center of the political spectrum."

Socialism sells. . . then kills

Joe Wilson and his opponent have now both raised $2 million for their campaigns. His "You Lie" statement of truth energized both campaigns. The Democrats are now the party of the fat cats, rich energy moguls going green, foreign born lobbyists and smelly Euro-socialists, in addition to their usual supporters, Hollywood celebrities and the public librarians. So they have a lot more money than we do.
So time to chip in, Conservatives. Yes, both parties are full of pork-fed liars, but for now, getting Congress out of the clutches of the White House Statists is important. These are very deep pockets among the Obama crowd. I used to think it wasn't ethical to get involved in other states' elections. But that was before we knew the extent of Soros, ACORN and the Chicago machine.

LA Times writer thinks Conservatives are glue sniffers
Today is the pro-America, anti-tax, tea parties. It's not about Obama, but about a government out of control. It's about trillions added to our debt in a matter of weeks. It's about the government (beltway pirates) take over through bail-outs with our taxes huge sectors of the economy. It does include, however, a president using an economic crisis to have the federal government take over the means of production and to destroy what's left of our free market economy. To show you how out of control our government and its lacky, snarky, failing, almost bankrupt media nut jobs are, the government has announced we--the conservatives and moderates who are protesting--are extremists, and the LA Times' Marc Cooper (op-ed) thinks we are crazy glue sniffers. We are lumped with a psychotic paranoid who murdered 3 policemen (although not with immigrants who shoot up community centers and college campuses). Hmmm. Imagine. When ACORN serfs orgnize under their marxist leaders to threaten CEOs and their wives and children, it's just fine. No extremists there. But Californian leftists and communists (a state with a so-called Republican governor that was financially collapsing from taxes and illegals long before Obama) think people who believe in the Constitution, who complain that taxes are too high and complicated (70,000 pages of instruction compared to about 400 when I was born), and who feel marginalized by the environmentalist wackos and tax-porkies who have taken over our academy and regulatory agencies--those about to fall into the ocean of la-la land--they think we are dangerous? They are the ones who got us here!
