The rich, entitled, and egged

"Nearly 5,000 people have signed up to throw eggs at Jeff Bezos’ superyacht when it sails through the Dutch city of Rotterdam this summer. The planned protest comes in the wake of news that the billionaire Amazon founder’s $500 million vessel would require the dismantling of a historic bridge in order to reach open waters."

The wealth gap--again

Democrats have whined and moaned about the wealth gap or wealth inequality for as long as I can remember--even back to the 40 years I was a Democrat. That Jeff Bezos and Nancy Pelosi would laugh at my current wealth compared to theirs really doesn't bother me. What bothers me is when Bezos can buy and sell Pelosi and SHE is fearful of that gap between them. She's the one insecure, not me. Together they (with other Democrats and CEOs) pass laws that take my wealth to transfer to people who probably need a social safety net, but she and he won't pay for it.

What really helps the poor are good jobs, not more government handouts. Under Trump, real wealth held by the bottom half of households grew faster — over three times faster — than wealth held by the top half of households in the 2017-2020 period, and almost three times faster than for the top 1 percent. Now Biden is paying people to not return to work, something that will not help them advance and succeed.

The gatekeepers of wisdom and morality

Donald Trump and Mike Pence were elected to Make America Great Again in 2016. They were doing such a good job the DC quagmire got worried. Very worried.

Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, Jack Dorsey, Jeff Zucker, Bill Gates (none of whom are black, brown, female or trans) and other not-so-famous heads at Vox, Daily Beast, NYT, LATimes and WaPo were not elected. Consumer dollars had voted them to rise to the top in their corporations which our capitalist economy had afforded them. They'd been allowed many tax breaks to become fabulously wealthy at our expense with the support of the swamp's tax laws.

Their gratitude for being allowed to set up shop in a free country was to go from publishing nasty opinion pieces to shadow banning to outright blocking and deplatforming the President when their efforts to collude with Democrats to remove him from office didn't succeed. Gone are the days when they lauded "free speech." Now they are lusting for more power.

They released an army of "fact checkers" so we can't question the 2020 election after they screwed the country over about the 2016 for four years. We can't publish or distribute books about the climate change hoax, transgenderism, the threat of the CCP and conservative principles, but they can go on forever about hate crimes. They control the narrative about Covid and January 6, stifling all the rights Americans have come to expect and respect. They tell you which words you can use to describe a disease. They cover for the Biden Crime Family deals with Ukraine and China,

We are their prisoners, they our gatekeepers.

Purveyors of evil--Big Tech

"If we’re going to be objective about it, we’ve got to give the Mark Zuckerbergs, Jeff Bezoses and Jack Dorseys of the world their due — the apps they’ve created are some of the greatest technological marvels in history.

It’s too bad that the purveyors of the technologies Apple, Facebook, Google, Twitter, and Amazon have on offer are such profoundly myopic, evil bastards. And the events of the past week make it pretty clear that these companies are literally out to get conservative America. By extension, they’re really out to get America itself, because anyone tyrannical and dastardly enough to wish to ruin people financially and to destroy their power to speak over simple political or philosophical disagreements isn’t just a political partisan. Anybody who would do what these people did to Parler for the sin of providing a platform for conservatives to talk among each other after being persecuted by other social platforms clearly doesn’t have respect for the ideals that founded the country and bind it together still."

There may be a firewall, but it's worth a read. Big Tech v. America: How to Fight Back and Win | The American Spectator | USA News and Politics

The Washington Post—a fantasy

I have a dream. No, it's more a fantasy. Jeff Bezos needs money (See? A fantasy since he's the richest man in the world). So he decides to sell the Washington Post which daily poisons the minds of elitist, sourpuss coastal Leftists and Democrats, those self-righteous, angry haters of America and those terrified of cleaning up the DC mess. He has every technological trick known to spew 1,200 articles a day, mostly anti-Trump . He doesn't get a lot for the fish wrapper in my fantasy--maybe $14.97--but a smart conservative snatches it up, and we again have a vibrant, interesting, fair and balanced, well-written, mature source of information and opinion in the land. We'll have real news instead of constant opinion written by 20-somethings. Some men want money, some want power. Through digital magic, he has both. [Businessinsider, this source, is also controlled by Bezos.]

It's not easy being Green, and it's not easy these days for the MSM to continue to cover for the racism, lies and anti-Semitism of Democrats.

From liberal rag to fish wrapper

Since Amazon's Bezo bought Washington Post almost 4 years ago, it's been a less than worthless fish wrapper. Anti-Christian, anti-U.S., anti-Trump. Someone please buy it and "make the Post great again." Is it worth giving up on Amazon to protest? http://www.dailywire.com/news/20102/wapo-editorial-satan-good-christians-are-john-nolte

Jeff Bezos the amazing capitalist

About three years ago Jeff Bezos of Amazon bought the formerly liberal, now leftist, Washington Post. Dennis Prager describes it as the National Enquirer of the left. Bezos is an amazing capitalist--has a greater networth than the Walton family of Walmart from whom he learned that moving products quickly and undercutting the competition was the quickest route to wealth. I don't think he's particularly interested in truth, objectivity or journalism; the "news" now seems to be mostly anecdotal and opinion based although there are still opinion columns. Occasionally, journalism breaks out, but not often, so maybe he just likes the idea. Only about 2% of Americans get their news from print (I read WaPo online, and am not sure how that's counted), and it's even less for those under 25 who prefer the fake news of late night comedy shows.
