Prepare yourselves for Biden's Climate emergency

Prepare for the Climate Emergency--Biden could shut you down--take your fuel, your money, your future, and Democrats will fall for it. Even some Republicans are dumb enough to fall for it. All to save something 2 centuries from now, they don't know what, and destroy what we have today. People who can't figure out men don't have babies are telling you to be afraid of climate models.

I just did an internet search--something really simple about when Ohio was under a glacier and it melted. I had to go through about 100 entries of scare stories that had nothing to do with the subject to find this:

Another race hoax--this one at Albion College

The air we breathe is filled with Critical Race Theory, constant digging by academics to bury or revise American history, microaggressions, reeducation camps, sins of the past, lies about the Georgia election, and demands to re-segregate society. Big Tech is allowed/encouraged to squash any discussion. We subscribe to maybe 10 journals--from architecture to history, to preservation, to business and art--all seem to be competing to publish The Great American Wokeism, a Marxist inspired movement that has turned into a cult complete with evangelists, worship centers, priests, perp walks down the sawdust trail to accept the new religion, and media strong arming at every turn.

The military show of force and the deprogramming demands

Counting all the rallies for Trump, including the one in DC on December 12th which drew tens of thousands, there were probably over a million people at his rallies and none were violent or even left a pile of trash the way the left does. But the one on the 12th was to let our Congress know that half of the country wanted to "Stop the Steal." All the legal ways were being blocked. Could you got 100 people at a protest in the summer by the Left without busting up windows or burning police cars.

So why the big show now? The voters who were following the rules to question an election, were blocked at every turn, and were vilified by Democrats even though their party had done the same in 2000 and 2016. Then Big Tech jumped in with a show of force that makes the Capitol mob look like kindergartners. I think this massing of military force is just to further adjust us to the totalitarian government Biden will bring with him. A number of high profile Democrats are threatening to take your children and reeducate them because Trump supporters are part of a cult. It's not legal to deprogram a Moonie or a homosexual, but Trump supporters are fair game. They have no ideas, only threats.

This is the face of fascism--people who hate Israel, the unborn, the military, our secure borders, lower taxes.

Has Bill McKibben abandoned Jesus for Al Gore?

Looking back through his writings, I'd say YES. Five or ten years ago he was obsessed with correcting self-centered, me-and-Jesus Christianity, the failures of dispensationalism on the one end and Rick Warren on the other, with some CO2 and environmentalism as top dressing. Oddly, I didn't find much criticism of the humanistic, communistic, peace and justice Christians. The ones whose churches have emptied out from lack of following Jesus. From admiring Cuba's agriculture, to criticizing just about everything in American culture, his Christian veneer is desperately thin, even five years ago. Yesterday, the big 350 event, shows he's completely moved to climate changism. Algorism. No more "let's pretend". Since Jesus put all Creation in motion, (In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God; all things were made through him, and without him was not anything made that was made. John 1:1-3 RSV), it's odd to see yet another man-made, spiritual but not Christian, movement go global. Ah, the power of the internet. Paul was much more convincing back in the first century and demanded much more of people than demonstrating, painted faces, group projects, and protests. Yes, much more demanding.

But I thought this one on the site of a destroyed culture seemed to best illustrate what eco-fundamentalists want for us--especially America. Didn't the rulers of some of these civilizations need human sacrifice to stay in power?

No dog in this fight

There's a discussion going on at BeliefNet's blog by Kuo on whether Apple users are "religious" about their Macs and devotion to Steve Jobs. David Kuo writes as an "Appleist." One commenter writes that they do have cult like behavior:

"They all tend to be the edgy, artsy, wanna-be SEEN as mad-genius types who want power over others so that they can 'teach' that person how to live / eat / dress / what to smoke and what not to smoke / etc. Ergo, an overwhelming portion of liberals (not classical liberals, mind you) use Macs and worship its creator.

Of course you can't convince them of this. Have you ever had a conversation with a cultist of any stripe? No matter what ground you are standing on, persecution is to be expected and re-inforces their identity with the group. You are a labeled an outsider who does not have their special knowledege of salvation. Likewise, when they have a problem with their religion/cult, it is instinctively their own problem and not due to anything on Apple's behalf."

I guess everyone I know is just a stodgy, frumpy ol' PC user. I do resent the Apple ads, but insulting your competition is old stuff in advertising. I'll stay out of this one, but if you're using a Mac and causing me problems, now I know why.
