Norma You are lucky to be able to play catch-up with the exercise. I'm supposed to be doing two miles EVERY day and if I do more that's just "a bonus" -- I've still got to do my two tomorrow! To be fair mine is to recover the use of leg muscles after surgery to increase the blood supply that they're getting. The bonus for me is that I am, very slowly, losing a bit of weight. 80 mph winds promised here in the UK later today -- I think I'll snuggle down with the dog and a good book.
