Fox News Ratings Soar After Snub From Obama

After Anita Dunn went after Fox News (and her admiration for Mao was revealed), the ratings on Fox soared. The top 11 shows are on the Fox News Channel. Why do you suppose that is? For starters, they present more than 24/7 ONO, the Obama News Only (pronounced Oh No!). In fact, with their commentators, there are usually 2, 3, or 4 points of views. But liberals are so ga-ga over their gotta-get-over-the-guilt candidate (who just keeps campaigning), they think anyone who questions him or his programs must be evil and shut down. The same people who went bonkers over the Patriot Act (which was bipartisan and intended for terrorists) have no problem at all shutting down a news agency and sending out thought police under the guise of "hate speech" regulations.

Fox News is the taxpayers only salvation. The people who don't watch Fox News choose to be uninformed. They will wake up one day and asked "What Happened"?

The WH is trying make Fox into an anecdote (interesting, amusing stories), when in fact it is an antidote (a remedy to counteract the effects of poison). I've noticed that Fox uses the same AP source (government approved) for many stories that broadcast and other cable news use, but then add the antidote--another or two points of view. That's what angers the WH and enrages the lefty fact checkers (they must have to rotate their staff frequently or they may succomb to the truth).

You got your numbers from tvbythenumbers. The numbers you posted are not statistically valid.

Media Matters for America has found an error, which I have independently verified.

http://mediamatters.org/columns/200911030004

The "pre" data in the post by tvbythenumbers is a 14-day period which includes 2 weekends.

The "post" data is a 12-day period which includes only 1 weekend.

Because viewership changes during weekends, this is not a true apples-apples comparison.

I took the extra weekend data for 10/24 and 10/25 from tvbythenumbers' own web site and found the results below.

MMFA is correct, tvbythenumbers is not. Neither are you.

I expect you will be correcting your post soon.
