A junior high crush?
Left-wing TV entertainer Keith Olbermann just loves to bad mouth and smear Sarah Palin. Remember when that meant the guy had a crush on a girl? Hmmmm. He is quite juvenile. Is he really mad that her book is more popular than his show, or is it just another reason to talk about her to his locker room buddies.

You look like you were in high school a long time ago. Things have certainly changed since then. I teach high school and kids don't play those games anymore - they say what they mean.
You're right about that--but how rude to notice! When my kids were in jr. hi, which I specifically referred to, it was still considered romantic to pick on the person of interest. But that was the 80s. Keith Olberman probably qualifies. Back in the Civil War days, high school was different, of course.
I think Sarah Palin's a big phony, but I have to say: You're kinda funny sometimes, Norma! :-p
Phony is relative when applied to politicians. She was a breath of fresh air who pulled the McCain campaign out of the dumps, after which his jealous staffers proceeded to dump her because she outshined him. A flash in the pan possibly, but she is reviled and hated because she didn't get anywhere on her husband, father, or brother's fame and fortune. The sexism from men and women in her case is rampant.
I don't revile and hate her because I'm a sexist: I dislike her as a political leader because she appears to me to be intellectually deficient.
You mean not to a level of Barney Frank or Maxine Waters? Or yours?
