Apart from the Tent Flap Wiper (Khadafi), the villain of this piece must be whomever convinced the gang to go into this with no clear objective, no command structure, no timetable and no laundry ticket.
It has to be someone who has never run a project that did more than talk about things; has never run a private business where your own house is the collateral for the bank and a bunch of families depend on the business; has never taken success or fail decisions on the ground, alone; and who thinks that he is a genius Messiah, unaccountable and blameless simply because he exists. Someone who upon hearing “two fish in a tank; one says ‘ I’ll drive, you man the guns”, would think it was some kind of fishy military training.
Now who could that be? The Sopranos of Europe aside, we keep coming back to the same World Class Ninny. This is getting downright depressing."

soooo, no exit plan, I keep thinking about Iraq and Afghanistan and their exit strategies. Wait, WHAT exit strategy and what plan was that??? GB was no planner, Daddy sprung him when he got into a jam and that's how life went for him. Not worried about Libya, Obama did what he did with the right attitude,, and is working with other world powers to work it out. WE DO NOT HAVE TO RUN EVERY SHOW!!! We do not own the whole world.
And yes, I have RUN plenty of projects, and still do. Input from the people who understand, i.e. the people who know is an integral part of success. They help contribute to the risk assessment, unlike GB who did not know there was a difference between Shite and Sunni.
George Bush had more executive experience and smarts in his little finger than B.O.'s entire administration. That's why Obama didn't consult Congress, and Bush did and got approval. I love it when libs continue to behave like children (actually I don't love it) and point fingers at the strawman they invented so they don't have to look at their own motives for installing Obama.
Murray sez:
The diversionary tactics of the Liberals never cease to amaze me. They can always find a way to distract from the facts. Using Bush though is getting mighty old.
