Steve Bannon goes to prison; Eric Holder didn't

Steve Bannon is going to jail July 1 for contempt of Congress, but Eric Holder (same charge) didn't. What's the difference? Bannon was on Trump's staff at one time. It's a misdemeanor. Who goes to jail for a misdemeanor? Only Republicans, pro-lifers, and conservative Catholics. They are going after Guliani for the same reason. Trump got the Soviet 1930s style trial and death in prison; his aides and lawyers, jail time and personal ruin. A Michigan grandmother got a 2 year sentence for a pro-life protest. Democrats don't just play hard ball, they want to destroy the judicial system.

“In my 20s I served my country on a Navy Destroyer [and] in my 70s I’ll serve my country in a federal prison. It doesn’t make any difference,” Bannon said. https://youtu.be/YGRMp-GkIwo?si=vy9mGbTLSyBF_omv

"Unless you were equally appalled by Obama Attorney General Eric Holder's refusal to turn over Department of Justice documents about botched gun-walking Operation Fast and Furious in 2012, I don't want to hear it. The gun-walking operation was a mess that got Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry killed. He was murdered by one of the guns in this scandal" (Townhall.com)

BLM and Antifa got to burn down buildings, paint logos in the streets, and disrupt our cities and economy for months and months. No problem. And the media called it racism when they got arrested.

Steve Bannon in hand cuffs and shackles

Steve Bannon is put in shackles for a misdemeanor charge--which Obama's buddy Eric Holder ignored when he was charged with contempt of Congress. It's a much more serious offense to be a friend of Trump than Obama. The media really needs to get Trump back in the news in order to shore up their sinking profits. I briefly looked back about 40 years and it only seems to affect Republicans. Democrats just thumb their noses, and we all know what stern taskmasters the Republicans are.

Eric Holder gets what he wants

More riots and 2 seriously wounded policemen.  Now actually, the rioters and Holder and Sharpton would have been happier with dead cops, because removing the police chief was never what this was about.  Ferguson’s ticket writing for minorities?  That’s a laugh.  It’s below the national average.  And if a community is predominately minority, why wouldn’t the majority of traffic stops be for minorities.  Should white police be fired as the community demographics change?

The Democratic party can’t survive if Americans--black, white, Asian, male and female, gay and transgendered, young and old-- all get along because the “diversity” meme, which actually means little tight boxes, is essential for their votes.

http://www.bjs.gov/index.cfm?ty=tp&tid=702

An estimated 17.7 million persons age 16 or older indicated that their most recent contact with the police in 2008 was as a driver pulled over in a traffic stop. These drivers represented 8.4% of the nation’s 209 million drivers. A greater percentage of male drivers (9.9%) than female drivers (7.0%) were stopped by police during 2008. White (8.4%), black (8.8%), and Hispanic (9.1%) drivers were stopped by police at similar rates in 2008. Stopped drivers reported speeding as the most common reason for being pulled over in 2008. Approximately 85% of drivers pulled over by police in 2008 felt they had been stopped for a legitimate reason. In 2008, about 74% of black drivers believed police had a legitimate reason for stopping them compared to 86% of white and 82% of Hispanic drivers.

Why do unarmed men battle police who are armed?

Maybe because they are already criminals and don’t want to go back to jail, or they are accustomed to taking risks and have escaped in the past?

In Madison: White Officer Matt Kenny shot unarmed (racially ambiguous) Tony R0binson, 19, who was on probation for armed robbery and whose school/police records show ADD, anxiety and depression. The writer for Reuters opined, “Robinson tended to an impulsive risk-taker and faced a choice between a middle-class lifestyle and the gang world.”  Police had been called to investigate reports of an assault and a man dodging cars in traffic.  The suspect was followed into a dwelling where the officer was struck in the head and he then shot the man (called a teen by Reuters).

In Denver: A 37 year old black man, Naeschylus Vinzant, was shot by police in Aurora, Colorado, who were seeking a male who was wanted for kidnapping and robbery and was known to be armed and dangerous.  He was shot while they attempted to take him into custody.  He was on parole and had removed his ankle monitor. Meanwhile, there were many other black men shot by black men/non-police, whose stories didn’t get into the Columbus Dispatch because the shooter was not white.

In Ferguson:  Eric Holder’s Department of Justice has taken over local police control in a town that is predominately black.  Traffic stops and the court system are for mostly blacks and therefore they are racist and profiling.  In my opinion, Holder is pouting because he couldn’t pin anything on the police after Michael Brown’s death and has decided to crush them or break the city budget.

Obama goes after the second amendment

General Eric Holder's Department of Justice has used its "Operation Choke Point" to manipulate banks and third-party payment processors to drop whole categories of businesses the Obama administration disfavors, such as online arms and ammunition sellers, tobacconists, and payday lenders. Left-wing nonprofit allies of the Administration like the Center for Responsible Lending and Americans for Financial Reform have provided media support.

“This is not law enforcement. It is intimidation backed up by the might of the government.” http://capitalresearch.org/2015/03/operation-choke-point/

Manipulating lending institutions to achieve social ends.  Who would have thought?  Isn’t that how we got the housing bubble and bust beginning with the Community Reinvestment Act in the 1970s and ending in the Great Recession of 2008? (Actually, it isn’t over; you can still get zero down home loans).

And isn’t that how we’re accumulating mounting college loan debt—to achieve social ends by paying universities through the back door while unprepared students enter through the front? Sallie Mae is like Freddie Mac.  Equal opportunity.

It’s not enough for Eric Holder

Holder is a racist, in the sense that everything is about race because of his race.  He’s unhappy with the Ferguson investigations, so he makes one final hit as he leaves office.

“Attorney General Eric Holder called the need for “wholesale change” in the Ferguson, Missouri, police department as being “pretty clear” and “appropriate.” His comments on Wednesday came in light of revelations from local and federal officials that a plan is in the works to shakeup the police department, including a possible resignation of Chief Thomas Jackson and potential dismantling the department.

“I think it’s pretty clear that the need for wholesale change in that department is appropriate. Exactly what the form of that change will be, I think, we’ll wait until we complete our inquiry,” Holder said in an interview with Jonathan Capehart during the Washington Ideas Forum on Wednesday.”

No one was found guilty in the investigations; it was learned that many witnesses lied to the media and the police and investigators.  So it that the reason to dismantle? Yet DOJ investigators are meeting with a non-profit “justice” group that wants to nail the police.  Why? Would DOJ meet with the Tea Party or a Christian militia group to iron out their complaints?  Of course not.

Al Sharpton and Eric Holder

Will Holder eat humble pie or chicken out?  Will Rev. Al ever back down from the shakedowns of corporations? An FBI investigation has not found enough evidence to charge Darren Wilson with the federal crime of depriving Michael Brown of his civil rights, according to multiple sources familiar with the investigation. 40 investigators, 200 people interviewed. CNN really parses its words. This reporter wasn’t pleased. Not a single quote from those who believed Wilson.

What would de Blasio tell Malik’s mom?

Gee, I wonder if de Blasio warned his bi-racial son about this, or are the police keeping his neighborhood safe for his kids?

“Sometimes he wants to go over to my sister’s house nearby, to hang out with his cousins, but he can’t because he has to cross gang lines and walk past all these gang members on some of those blocks. And all he ever hears on the news about our neighborhood is shootings, gangs and violence. Malik knows he’s not safe,” she said." (Chicago Sun Times)

I don't think Obama's letter to Malik will do much for the boy--" Please know your security is a priority for me in everything I do as President." He’s done nothing for blacks or Chicago in 6 years.  Instead,  Obama has invited race hustlers like Sharpton to the White House, and Eric Holder who thinks there are too many black criminals in prison is on his staff.

Eric Holder denies reports of his own department

Eric Holder says no more profiling--race, gender, ethnic group, age--but he'd have to ignore his own DOJ reports. "Homicide Trends in the United States, 1980-2008 Annual Rates for 2009 and 2010."

Blacks were disproportionately represented as both homicide victims and offenders.

*The victimization rate for blacks (27.8 per 100,000) was 6 times higher than the rate for whites (4.5 per 100,000). The offending rate for blacks (34.4 per 100,000) was almost 8 times higher than the rate for whites (4.5 per 100,000) (table 1).

* Males represented 77% of homicide victims and nearly 90% of offenders. The victimization rate for males (11.6 per 100,000) was 3 times higher than the rate for females (3.4 per 100,000).

*The offending rate for males (15.1 per 100,000) was almost 9 times higher than the rate for females (1.7 per 100,000).

*Approximately a third (34%) of murder victims and almost half (49%) of the offenders were under age 25. For both victims and off enders, the rate per 100,000 peaked in the 18 to 24 year-old age group at 17.1 victims per 100,000 and 29.3 offenders per 100,000.

Most homicides are with in the same group—93% of blacks are killed by blacks, 84% of whites are killed by whites, but when it is an interracial crime it is most likely a stranger, and black on white crime is much higher percentage than white on black.

Allen West on who’s the racist

“This is my clear and succinct message to white Americans. How long will it be before ‘you people’ realize you have elevated someone to the office of president who abjectly despises you – not to mention his henchman Holder. Combined they are the most vile and disgusting racists – not you,” he wrote.
http://www.wnd.com/2014/01/allen-west-obama-abjectly-despises-whites/

West was commenting on the Holder/Obama demand under threat of losing federal funding that schools “rethink ‘zero tolerance’ disciplinary policies” because they “disproportionately punish minorities.” West has taught in a Florida high school and says most disruptions and fights were started by the black students and it had nothing to do with racial disparity.  It was lack of discipline.

“When a young man took a swing at me while I broke up a beat down that he and three others were giving a young man already on the ground, it had nothing to do with civil rights. It had everything to do with a criminal behavior which does not belong in a learning environment – and he was expelled. Now imagine under these new guidelines and rules, DoJ and DoEd would initiate an investigation.”

Holder says the bridge might be investigated by Justice Department? That was fast.

“This is the same Administration that won't tell Congress what resources it is devoting to the IRS probe, and appears to be slow-rolling it. It has also doubled down by expanding the political vetting of 501(c)(4) groups seeking tax-exempt status. Lois Lerner, who ran the IRS tax-exempt shop and took the Fifth before Congress, was allowed to "retire," presumably with a pension. Acting IRS commissioner Steven Miller resigned under pressure but no other heads have rolled. Yet compared to using the IRS against political opponents during an election campaign, closing traffic lanes for four days is jaywalking. “ WSJ Review and Outlook, Jan. 10, 2014

No one has been fired due to Healthcare.gov failure; no one was fired for the IRS scandal; who was fired because of Benghazi or Fast and Furious?

Obama, Biden and Boehner sitting on their bottoms looking for a new idiom

While Obama opened his address by calling the victims of the mass shooting "patriots" and vowing to get to the bottom of what happened, he quickly pivoted to his remarks about congressional Republicans (on Sept. 16, day of the shooting).

Biden says he's confident the nation will get to the bottom of the situation. (Sept. 16, day of the shooting)

“We still do not know who did this or why. And people shouldn't jump to conclusions before we have all the facts. But make no mistake -- we will get to the bottom of this“ said Obama about the Boston Marathon bombings.   Then the bottom turned out to be 2 Muslim brothers who were planning terrorism, but the T-word was not used.

"I think our committees in the coming days and weeks are going to get to the bottom of this so we’ll have real facts at our disposal to determine whether it is true, and if it was true, why the information wasn’t shared,"  John Boehner

“If I had a son, he would look like Trayvon. “I think [Martin's parents] are right to expect that all of us as Americans are going to take this with the seriousness it deserves and were going to get to the bottom of exactly what happened.”  Then the bottom turned out to be a troubled teen who attacked Zimmerman first.

Obama: “We need to get to the bottom of Benghazi.” President Obama says he will “cooperate in any way that ...

"The Congress has the responsibility to get to the truth," said the [John Boehner] Ohio Republican, “whether it's Benghazi, the IRS scandal, the whole situation with The Associated Press, our committees are going to do their job to get to the bottom [of this]."

President Obama is pledging to work with Congress to get to the bottom of the IRS scandal. May 13, 2013  Follow up 3 months later finds no group targeted (41) by IRS had been contacted by investigators from DoJ  Aug. 13, 2013.

House Speaker John Boehner tells Newsmax that Congress will “get to the bottom” of the unfolding Fast and Furious scandal following new revelations about Attorney General Eric Holder’s involvement in the case.  Oct. 2011

Obama never said he would get to the bottom of the Ft. Hood shootings, probably because they knew who the murderer was.  But instead he warned the American people against “jumping to conclusions.” Terrorism was renamed “workplace violence.”

Out of control Holder

Has there been a more oppressive and out of control executive branch where minorities are concerned since Democrat FDR rounded up Japanese, German and Italian Americans in the 1940s?  Race hustler Holder is asking for snoops after the FBI found nothing racist on Zimmerman, a multi-ethnic American (Great grandparents were black and South American Indian.)  Obama’s attorney general is contributing to riots and property damage and disrespect for the legal system. Where are the spineless Republican Congressional representatives? At least in the Jim Crow and KKK days, they spoke out and tried to stop the Democrats.

I wrote to the Governor of Florida

The state of Florida is under attack by the U.S. Department of Justice because it is trying to clean up the voter rolls and limit voting to citizens who are legal residents of Florida.  Oh. The. Horror!  It’s a Democrat’s nightmare, and our Attorney General Eric Holder is on top of it fast and furiously.  I just wrote a few encouraging sentences, because we’re fighting voter fraud here in Ohio, too, and I’ve signed on to help stop it.  Like Madison, Wisconsin, we have more people voting in some counties than there are adults.

Here’s what I received from Chris Cate, Communications Director, Florida Department of State, which now that I have a paper/digital trail, the media can’t bamboozle me:

· A letter from Florida Secretary of State Ken Detzner to the U.S. Department of Justice regarding Florida’s continuing commitment to protecting citizen’s voting rights.

· An excerpt from a U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) publication documenting the legal basis for accessing the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) database. The document can be found online at http://www.dhs.gov/xlibrary/assets/privacy/privacy_pia_uscis_save.pdf

· An email chain, dating back to September 2011, between the Florida Department of State (DOS) and DHS regarding access DHS information on non-citizens.

· Frequently asked questions about Florida’s continuing commitment to protecting citizen’s voting rights.

· Secretary of State Ken Detzner’s letter sent on May 31, 2012, to DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano regarding access to the citizenship information in DHS’s SAVE database.

· Florida Congressman Jeff Miller’s letter sent on May 9, 2012, to U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano regarding access to the citizenship information in DHS’s Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) database.

· Florida Congressman Gus Bilirakis’ letter sent on June 5, 2012, to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Director Alejandro Mayorkas regarding access to the citizenship information in DHS’s Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) database.

· Florida Congressman Tom Rooney’s letter sent on June 6, 2012, to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder Florida’s efforts to remove non-citizens from the voter rolls.

As seen on TV and the Internet

Christopher Coates testimony was on C-Span, the video of the civil rights violation was all over the internet. The egg laid by the Justice Department is all over Eric Holder’s face.
“Christopher Coates's testimony before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights was the latest fallout from the department's handling of a 2008 voter-intimidation case involving the New Black Panther Party. Conservatives and some congressional Republicans accuse Justice officials of improperly narrowing the charges, allegations that they strongly dispute.

Filed weeks before the Obama administration took office, the case focused on two party members who stood in front of a polling place in Philadelphia on Election Day 2008, one carrying a nightstick. The men were captured on video and were accused of trying to discourage some people from voting.”

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/09/24/AR2010092403873.html?wpisrc=nl_headline

It seems some few in the DOJ wish to redistribute voting rights along racial lines. I don’t think the “We won, so deal with it” excuse covers this one.

The world isn’t kind to whistle blowers. Will Coates, a Clinton appointee, who resigned his position over this, ever work again in government?

I've now read Arizona SB1070--have you?

The President hasn't. Eric Holder hasn't. Janet Napolitano hasn't. The governor of California hasn't. The principal of Highland High School in Illinois hasn't. Assistant Secretary of State Michael Posner hasn't. But it was read aloud on the Glenn Beck Show today. Now millions and millions know what our federal, state and local officials don't--that it cites and follows the U.S. Code, that it prohibits profiling, that it comes down very heavily on human smuggling. Too bad our president is so quick to speak without knowing anything on the topic. Maybe he can have another beer party, this time with the governor of Arizona, to thrash this out?

Holder hasn't read the Arizona law

So why all the hype from the media? How can Holder "be concerned" if he hasn't read it?  He's only "gleaned" ideas from reading newspaper accounts. And this man is making judgements that will affect all of us. Do you suppose this has led to a lot of misunderstanding, like from Highland IL high school administrators not allowing athletes to go there (although they can go to Communist China), and the governor of California and our own President making jokes about it at the expense of Arizonans?
