Since Joe Wilson's outburst, they've been scrambling to get this clarified and downplayed. I don't trust them. Hispanic groups of US citizens (and some not citizens) want them included. Let them create a foundation and provide aid.

As long as we are forced to treat illegals at the ER, they are going to get medical care courtesy of the US taxpayer.
Sadly, even though this bill explicitly spells out NO SERVICE FOR ILLEGALS, it does not close the ER exception.
If illegals need medical care, they should have to go to the INS to get it--right before they're deported back to Mexico.
I think the plan is to make the illegals legal, then they too will be eligible. Bush got shouted down by his own party, but I don't think that will happen with Obama's crew.
