Kline: Morrison thwarted his abortion clinic case

Because Phillip Kline is/was a Republican pro-life attorney general, I suspect he will be found guilty of ethics charges. This is a tangled case, but we do know 164 girls under the age of 15 (78 in one year) had abortions with Planned Parenthood owned clinics and Dr. Tiller, the Kansas Killer of the pre-born, clinics. Paul Morrison is the Democrat (link to 2005 story) who replaced Kline and the charges of child rape went away (near as I can tell). If you interpret this story and testimony differently, please comment. If you want to argue the merits of abortion or underage sex, don't bother. You'll be deleted if you try to put that trash on my blog.

Doctors who wrote "passes for teachers skipping classes," will probably not see any charges. Ethics violations are sweet at the feet of the DNC and Obama's reelection committee.

Do the math. "Under age 15" means 14.

so sorry to the 11 yo girl who had a baby. the father was her family Dr and the child was conceived in his office... hard to forget...

RE your FB comment that the news media did not publish any news about the rape of Lara Logan,,, you lie!!! CBS and NPR both had items, else how would I even have know about it, I'm quite sure all the national networks did.

No I didn't lie. Here's what I wrote on FB. "Google "Lara Logan rape Egypt" for pages of blogs and comments, but I didn't find any news stories or editorials in the main stream media--CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, NYT, WaPo, unless it was in a blog format." I went through 6 pages of Google, which prioritizes information. No national media stories or opinion pieces, only blogs and criticism (like what you're doing) of conservative sources who WERE reporting and opining. Now, I could have constructed my search differently, such as "New York Times Lara Logan rape" but what I was looking for was an overview. Usually a rape, as a news story, gets little coverage unless it's considered a "hate crime" of a protected group. But the silence of the MSM on this, and even feminist writers, is deafening.

When I was 21 and single I got pregnant and chose to have my baby despite everyone telling me I was ruining my life. But I could not and would not face an abortion.

But when I was 35 and married, I got pregnant and it was an ectopic pregnancy - the baby was stuck in the fallopian tube. There was a heartbeat but the doctor told me there was no hope- the baby wasn't developing properly and that also, if I continued the pregnancy, my fallopian tube could rupture and possibly I could bleed to death internally.

I had to have emergency surgery to have the fallopian tube removed and the baby- which believe me, just about destroyed me mentally. We had wanted a baby for a long time.

Under current proposed laws in my home state of Ohio, if there's a detectable heartbeat, then abortion is not allowed and they also want to take away the provision for "life and health of the mother" as well which means, despite the risk to me, I wouldn't have had a choice - there was a heartbeat I would have had to take the risk.

Do you think that the government should be allowed to make that decision for me, even against all medical advice?

I have never heard of an ectopic pregnancy being viable. I do not know what is included in the "proposed" legislation and who is proposing it. Also, do you think your one exception should condemn other children to death?

No, I don't think my one exception should condemn other babies to death. But it does make me rethink things a little. I could never have an abortion - or at least I thought I couldn't. But there I was and there are people who believe that the surgery I had was an abortion because my baby had a heartbeat. by their logic that I shouldn't have been able to have the surgery I had.

My question to you is: do you think so too?

Technically, you had an abortion--and that's also the term for a miscarriage, if I recall my own. It is a loss of a life and a grief for you that goes beyond a miscarriage, however, most miscarriages (spontaneous abortions) happen because of incompatibility with life, as was yours. A dead mother is of no use to a dead baby or her family. Also, this proposed law will not survive the court system, or even the smell test, unlike some of the other anti-abortion laws like parental consent, viability outside the womb.
