In case you missed the drama; blogger screwed up I tried to delete, put into draft that post..well it didn't come down till around 5 Sat. and I guess since it was in Limbo (nice Catholic term!) no one could comment as you can imagine...I was not thought of kindly. A similar post is up if your interested. But I know we have had theological discussions before and I never banned or erased your comments so I hope you understand this mess!
When I first came to Japan (about 15 years ago) Diane Lane was appearing in car ads all over the place here. I'd never heard of her.
You get a lot of American movie stars selling stuff here. I guess they make a lot of money out of it. My favourite was Sylvester Stallone appearing in NIPPON HAM posters all over the place.
I've never heard of it! If I see it out there, I'll take a look. I love Diane Lane, BTW. Saw her recently in Tuscany Sun (?)--the woman who buys a leetle house in Italy, fixes it up, finds a lover, etc. Enjoyed that movie very much.
