It's going to be hard to get used to a president or WH that doesn't blame someone else. But I'm willing to try.

the Bishops council has stated the Ryan plan is immoral but they are wrong right?

Last month,[April 2011] Ryan (R-Wis.) sent a letter to Dolan outlining how the church’s social teaching informed his budget.

In the two-page letter, Dolan did not come out and expressly endorse the budget, insisting that he’s a pastor, “not a politician.”

But he praised Ryan’s attention to fiscal responsibility, the role of the family, the dignity of the person and human life and attention to the poor.

The letter also clearly disputes one of the chief rallying cries against the budget: That it would hurt the poor to benefit the rich.

In my opinion, reading, writing and discussion with others, no one has hurt the poor and the reputation and mission of the Catholic church more than Obama. Your mileage as an anonymous, drive-by commenter, may vary.
