John Kerry unhinged
Watched him on Fox last night. A scary dude. So glad he was defeated in Ohio in 2004 which kept him out of the White House.It's very clear the Democrats have dropped the bailout ball--going all the way back to President Carter in the 1970s when this social engineering of the poor began with the "American dream" of home ownership and expanded under Clinton in 1993. Did the rich get richer? You bet. Oh, and the agencies, lobbyists, and foundations that mushroomed to help the poor. How many jobs did they produce for recent idealist college grads? The rich usually benefit in these social engineering programs, particularly the people putting them in place with the regulations and loop-holes, blocking reform. The Chris Dodd and Barney Frank dog and pony show--wonder how much richer these guys were in 2007 compared to 2004? Well, guys, it's probably gone now, at least on paper--but the people in Congress don't seem to suffer that much, do they? Fewer rich people for Obama to tax. And you know what that means, don't you? The tax man cometh for you.

Hey,hold up here.Who announced in OHIO that he had just made sure the bail out passed.Took big time credit for it before the fact.Just as some rag said he'd won a debate that had not taken place and none were even sure would happen. You blame everyone in the world but the real deal,it's McCain. Admit it,he has had nothing but troubles for weeks,running around like the chicken with he's head cut off.Not looking very Presidental these days.And Sarah,now we know why they don't like her to talk unscripted.I wish her well in the debate but ma dear the bar is so low all she has to do is show up and be cute.YOU don't have a class ACT this time 'round.jUST AN ACT.
Sorry, you're wrong. McCain returned to his primary job--being a senator. Obama had to be shamed into it.
Except the bill never made it to the Senate. Really, I think McCain's running back to Washington to deal with the crisis was political grandstanding. I'm just sorry that Obama felt the need to rush back and lower himself to McCain's level.
I think McCain is just getting desperate. The Palin bump is starting to wear off, and he needs a new gimmick.

Oh, by the way, "social engineering", as you call it, can probably be traced back to FDR and the New Deal, especially Social Security, and to LBJ and the Great Society.
Whatever Carter or Clinton did (funny how you jump over Reagan) - W did nothing to stem or correct. Since he prides himself on decisive leadership, I think we can lay this one at at the door. However, he was too busy trying to fiddle with Social Security and Medicare (could anyone truly have come up with a more byzantine system?). Not to mention spending like a drunken Air National Guardsman.
Your McCain comments just reflect the Democrat echo chamber. Go over to Daily Kos where that nonsense is appreciated and applauded. Do you suppose it's time to start your own blog? I'll drop by and leave comments and up your stats.
