When the President decided on his own to delay enforcement of part of Obamacare, it was a violation of Article II Section 3 of the Constitution. But since he's pretty much ignored the Constitution for the last four and a half years, why bother obeying it now?

Look at the waste of time and money on Obama's swearing in ceremony. All that just to learn from day one that lying doesn't bother him.Plus since he swore to uphold the Constitution on the bible does that mean he's faithless? Wake up America!
