Snopes wins again. . . it's fake

This is going around the internet as the winning entry in an art contest in the Netherlands

 

But Snopes says no, it's false.  The art is real, but the words and information is false. The artist is Friedrich Kunath of New York, the title of the display (several pieces) is called Tropical Depression.
